Probably not but it isn't the most safe for the parrot
Idea for a fast and furious movie:
Have a pirate character who does this and crashes but there’s a slowmo shot of the parrot just flapping its wings and adeptly breaking the laws of physics by hovering the shoulder as the car is rolling or whatever and then landing back on it.
They went to space, they can have a physics defying parrot.
