A homemade cringe concoction? A cognitohazard that you have birthed into this world and have an urge to spread like chain mail?

It's how they adjust the radio frequency and volume
The radio is on the outside of the vest though, not under. It’s likely because the vest is heavy and holding it with your hands/pushing it off your chest with your hands puts some tension off your shoulders.
