"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."

A judge on Friday awarded Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church, a black church in the District of Columbia, over $1 million in damages in a lawsuit against the Proud Boys.

The lawsuit was filed in response to the Proud Boys’ destruction of a Black Lives Matter banner during a protest in 2020.

Mao Zedong became one of the last century’s most powerful dictators by completely transforming Chinese society through a systematic use of violence, coercion, and aggressive propaganda. His method was so unique – and ruthlessly effective

So now fine BLM for every small business that was damaged during their "mostly peaceful" protests

Maisy Biden's college admissions process could raise a number of uncomfortable questions for the president. The saga highlights exactly the kind of "legacy admissions" Biden has slammed. The story also highlights the Biden family's occasionally shady dealings with the University of Pennsylvania just as congressional Republicans are probing alleged ethical misconduct by both Joe and Hunter Biden.

I can be generous and forgive some weird mathematical manipulation, but rather then accept responsibility for her written decision, she is blaming the clerks that work for you.

Did she actually write the decision?

Did she even read the decision?

Regardless of skin color, a boss that blames their underlings for their mistakes is the worst kind of boss.

RAF leaders previously insisting diversity targets and leaked messages disparaging “useless white male pilots” did not break the law.

Supreme Court Affirms the Truth; Affirmative Action Creates Racial Disharmony

We at Project 21, a Black leadership organization, wholeheartedly agree. We penned an amicus brief advocating for the demise of affirmative action in university admissions. Despite its noble intentions, this policy fails amid a barrage of inconvenient truths and operational problems.** It nurtures the repugnant notion of underestimating minorities, insinuating they can’t excel without condescending favors**. It sows the seed of a regrettable stereotype: minorities are mere decorative figures, seen but not heard at the table. Affirmative action turns minorities into mascots.

This is a woman who lied about her ethnic background in order to advance her academic career. Maybe she isn’t the best person to speak out on this particular issue.

This sentence only makes sense if you replace "racial preferences" with "legacy admissions and special preferences for kids of elite"

Racial preferences are about helping students who don’t have legacy benefits or aren’t wealthy and “everyone wins when they’re learning in a diverse learning environment.”

“I think this is going to be a wake-up call for employers. Today is a time — the best time for lawyers to really take a look at the lawfulness of their corporate diversity programs. Even though many employers don’t use the word affirmative action, it’s rampant today, from ESG, to focuses on equity, pretty much everywhere, there’s a ton of pressure at the corporate 100 across corporate America to take race-conscious decision-making — race-conscious actions in employment law, and that’s been illegal and it’s still illegal.”

After all how would white liberals get ahead if they could not get positions they would not otherwise be entitled to, except by claiming they are Indian.

Read what Robert Kennedy says

“‘Color-blind’ admissions tend to favor those who are already in the circle of privilege. It favors those who grew up in affluent, educated households,” Kennedy added. “Wouldn’t you like to invite in those who have been left out in the cold?”

Does that description fit a white or Asian working class kid?

Or does it fit the beneficiaries of Legacy Admissions, kids of politicians, corporate executives, and celebrities who are not admitted on merit?

Kennedy is trying to divert attention from the real problem by pitching people of different colors against each other.

We need a color blind, merit based system without allowances for legacy and elites.

Then we need to let parents choose the school that will give their child the best chance of success.

HORRIBLE: White female Democrat and former field organizer to elect Joe Biden, Erica Marsh writes,

"Today's Supreme Court decision is a direct attack on Black people. No Black person will be able to succeed in a merit-based system which is exactly why affirmative-action based programs were needed. Today's decision is a TRAVESTY!!!"

My take: This is the craziest and most disrespectful argument I have read in my entire life. May God have mercy on her!
