I'm trying to go to the site but it looks like CSS isn't loading.

I love not being bombarded by ads thanks to pihole and adblockers. I don't have cable TV either. But without browsing netlifx/Hulu/etc. how do you actually find stuff to watch and discover worthwhile shows and movies to rent from my library?

  • In the Megathread, section 3-12 (Unsafe Sites), under "All Purpose", the first entry is 1377x-to, reason listed as

Fake clone: (Crafted with cunning intent to ensnare unsuspecting users through deliberate deception).

  • However, in the Megathread, section 3-1 (All Purpose), under "Torrents", likewise the first entry is 1377x-to.

Edit:

Lol, got the characters mixed up, I guess. Whoops. Well, to all the people being nice about it and kindly letting me know, thank you very much!

To all the people being dicks about it (concerningly a lot of you it seems ಠ_ಠ), maybe learn a bit of humility. Some people mix up similar-looking characters in their heads. It's a thing that happens.

Is there any way to integrate these sources cleanly into a Plex setup? https://fmhy.net/videopiracyguide

I have a perfectly fine setup for media I want, but i'm curious just because there's a lot of stuff to sample that I might not want to waste time/bandwidth on downloading. Might be useful for other members of my household as well.

Just bought an "enhanced eBook", accessible only through Yuzu (Barnes and Noble's site) and I would love to rip it to PDF and get it on libgen. Does anyone have any advice or tutorial for this?

I don't have much experience with writing scripts but I understand I could use python to screenshot and append all 800+ pages as well. Looking for how to do this if it's what I have to do.

Thanks, and happy to provide more relevant info if needed!

LOL.

We pay for 4K, but we don't get more than 720p unless we use some proprietary shit hardware and agree to their super-invasive "privacy policy" - and they expect people to NOT set sail in the high seas? GTFO..

So with the recent tachiyomi issues and the migration to Mihon I'm nervous of their list of repos as they're all APKs I'm wondering if anyone knows of any that are definitely legit and from the originals that were self hosted?

Does anyone here use CorelDRAW Graphics Suite and have version 2023? I would really like safe sources to download pirated versions.

I was told it's okay to ask for specific things, beyond the rules. If it is not allowed, I apologize, please let me know so I can delete it.

Where can we share m3u playlists? Is there a site/ project for it to collaboratively create playlists?

This statement was made by Ubisoft's director of subscriptions, Phillipe Tremblay, who recently spoke to Gamesindustry.biz about the digital future and Ubisoft Plus specifically. Tremblay states that people eventually "got comfortable" with not owning their CD or DVD collections, and that a similar shift in attitude "needs to happen" in gamers.

Are there any good websites that host xmltv info that I can just point my addon to? For context I'm using simple iptv with kodi to stream from my tuner card, through nextpvr, to other tvs in my house via the m3u nextpvr generates. I can see utils to create one but was going for just a web address and have been unable to find one. Do I just misunderstand how this should work?

Did decide to go the used drive route just saving up and waiting for the right deal from a good seller. I did notice on eBay specifically that some sellers have tested drives for a great price per tb with a shit seller's warranty (30 days to 1 year) but offer insurance for a significantly longer length of time for a few more bucks. I'm wondering if that's a good alternative to having a long seller's warranty? Just assume I will back everything up properly so drive failure won't be a massive concern I just want the option of returning it or getting a replacement if need be.

Any suggestions on alternatives for blocking adds?

For instance, say I search for "The Dark Knight" on my Usenet indexer. It returns to me a list of uploads and where to get them via my Usenet provider. I can then download them, stitch them together, and verify that it is, indeed, The Dark Knight. All of this costs only a few dollars a month for me.

My question is, why can't copyright holders do this as well? They could follow the same process, and then send takedown requests for each individual article which comprises the movie. We already know they try to catch people torrenting so why don't they do this as well?

I can think of a few reasons, but they all seem pretty shaky.

  1. The content is hosted in countries where they don't have to comply with takedown requests.

It seems unlikely to me that literally all of it is hosted in places like this. Plus, the providers wouldn't be able to operate at all in countries like the US without facing legal repercussions.

  1. The copyright holders feel the upfront cost of indexer and provider access is greater than the cost of people pirating their content.

This also seems fishy. It's cheap enough for me as an individual to do this, and if Usenet weren't an option, I'd have to pay for 3+ streaming services to be able to watch everything I do currently. They'd literally break even with this scheme if they could only remove access to me.

  1. They do actually do this, but it's on a scale small enough for me not to care.

The whole point of doing this would be to make Usenet a non-viable option for piracy. If I don't care about it because it happens so rarely, then what's the point of doing it at all?

As the title says https://mrgamingstreams.com/ has closed. It has been my go to for a long while now and the stability and quality of the streams were fantastic. What are some alternatives please? Thanks.
