I was walking around close to the mall around here and there are many park attendants who tell you how to park. They all sit in those little containers and watch TVs which seem to be from the 90ies.

This image has a bit of a fun origin

This is a picture of a 3D printed miniature Krusty placed in front of a computer monitor displaying an image of mountain view. It was taken using a 1960s 16mm Soviet projector lens adapted (after a couple hops) to a Lumix G9. The image was then ran through Lightroom, Audacity, Lightroom again, and the parental advisory logo was added afterwards using Gimp.

The model is roughly 1 inch tall.

The model was unpainted at the time of the photo and I have since given the model to a friend. Though I'll probably print more of him.

He keeps talking about DSLRs in a mirrorless world, but aside from that, this is wonderfully stupid funny.

Wildfire smoke still pretty strong here in Vancouver. This is a viewpoint from Burnaby Mountain, looking north towards Deep Cove and Indian Arm.

Here's a nice photo I shot with my phone (Xiaomi Poco M3) when i went to this beautiful city in Germany.

This, of course isn't a professional photo, but I still think it looks pretty neat.

An insect ruined my long exposure but turned out to have created an even cooler shot after a little bit of cropping and white balance.

I got to the beach a bit after sunset but still in the early those of dusk and when I saw this couple I had to get a picture.

I took this using my Lumix G9 with a Leica 12-60mm lens.

This image is in 9x16 aspect ratio and is 4k.

I got the new Sony 70-200 mm F4 Macro G OSS II and it's amazing, even though very expensive. Anyway while looking at all those YouTube videos about it people were very often mention that it's compatible with tele converters and you'd get basically double the size lens (with half the light) + 1.0 macro instead of 0.5. Sounds amazing, and it looks like just a little bit of a short pipe which makes the lens to be a bit further away from the sensor.

I was thinking that it would be neat to get one, but when I looked at the prize, oh my god, $548. I don't get it, so what makes it so expensive?

Anyone used the Cam Ranger 2?

Check this out. I spent a couple of weekends designing an adapter for a Canon 40mm lens that I have. The stereography lens has a 52mm thread so you can adapt it to other lenses. Today I opened a simple PayPal store with payhip to see if I can start my way into something interesting. I'll probably end up with just five bucks in my pocket but it would be pretty cool to actually sell a product of my own. So anyway, if you got ideas for other thread sizes I could make it happen. I'm thinking up other options too.

Taken 08/14 in Central Florida. This mature crane and junior are part of a non-migratory trio I see on the nature trail behind my house almost daily. For those who don't know about their call, I'd liken it to a metallic-sounding rooster! Over time they let me get close with some patience and proper positioning. This was shot with a 70-200mm but they have also given me some 35mm portraits in the past!

Was out walking the dog just before sunrise and noticed some fat dew drops, so I decided to finally set up for this kind of shot. Macro can be a pain, even with still subjects, but quite rewarding!

I found the colors interesting and the synchronized walk.

I shot this pic with my phone of the time, which was an Oppo A74.

I'm not the best at astrophotography, but I really dig it and I'm working on getting better.

I was hoping to get some more shots on my trip but I had to leave early due to wolves crowding entirely too close (within 50 yards and less than 10 when I hopped into my car) while I was taking my shots.

I have a version of this that's 9x20 compared to this one's 9x16. It has a bit more ground so it fits better as a phone wallpaper compared to this one IMO.

Edit: Mt Adams is the little bump in the bottom left of you're curious.

Took a walk around Cliff Falls Park in Maple Ridge this morning. Might be worth a re-visit in the fall, once the water flow is stronger.
