Brock Purdy beat 1 team with a winning record as a starter in the 2022 regular season, and 1 team with a winning record in 2023.

Now that the dust is settling and the shine is wearing off, they’ve lost 3 games in a row, how long do you think the leash is?

If the 9ers want to start winning again, they should choose a higher number to hyperfixate on. No one tell Shanahan about 38. (But really i thought these point streaks were interesting)

Dude is a beast. 6'4, 235. 4.33 speed.

He has Megatron measurables but can't seem to put it together consistently.

His best season in 2020 he had 83 catches, 1300 yards and 10 TD's.

He had a good year last year with 90 grabs, about 1050 yards but only 6 TD's

A player of his caliber should have 10-13 TD's a year, be getting multiple jump balls, back shoulder throws, and fade routes in the end zone etc with his size.

So what is it? His route running? With those measurables and speed he should be putting up Megatron or Julio Jones numbers every year.

They're en route to losing their 3rd straight after a bad showing in Cleveland...

@Broncos: Won 31-21, Scored 1 Safety, 5 field goals, 1 defensive touchdown, 1 offensive touchdown

Vs Eagles: Won 20-14, 4 field goals, 1 offensive touchdown and 2 point conversion

Vs Giants: Won 13-10 (OT): 2 field goals, 1 offensive touchdown

In short, I am worried about the sustainability of such a phenomenon.

Last time was 1972-1973 with Fran Tarkenton, prior to the 16-game expansion.

Kirk came the closest since 2018.

2018 - 16 games

2019 - 15 games (rested Week 17)

2020 - 16 games

2021 - 16 games (missed Week 17 due to Covid)

2022 - 17 games

The Vikings would end up winning 41-28 in that first start. Only player to be a part of both teams is Harrison Smith.

43/61, 637 yards, 2 tds, and 4 picks should be 5.

Dak and McCarthy starting to heat up a bit over the past two weeks. His spray chart this week looks unlike any other chart over the past 6 games. Seems like Dak is really starting to trust use of his legs really for the first time since his gruesome injury.

What was lost: The NFL team with the longest streak of consecutive games without a rushing touchdown was the 1982 Baltimore Colts. They went an entire 9-game season without scoring a rushing touchdown during the strike-shortened 1982 NFL season.
