this album came out when they were coming back from rehab. helped me sober up. still rocks. rocks, another one of my older favorite albums. Night in the Ruts album was hard to listen to. rehab did wonders. glad they're still kicking.

Near the entrance to Ft Eustis, Va, was a 2 1/2 ton(deuce an'a half) truck painted up in Viet Nam 'gun truck' config. Had 'Eve of Destruction' painted across the side. Transportation base. I was a 64c there for a year '83. not sure why was thinking about it. crashed 'iran rescue' chopper was there somewhere. museums

Igorrr's music video for "Blastbeat Falafel" from the album "AMEN" has been created from footage taken during the actual recording of the track.

Sly Stone, the American musician who lit up generations of dancefloors with his gloriously funky and often socially conscious songwriting, has died aged 82.

“After a prolonged battle with COPD and other underlying health issues, Sly passed away peacefully, surrounded by his three children, his closest friend and his extended family,” a family statement reads. “While we mourn his absence, we take solace in knowing that his extraordinary musical legacy will continue to resonate and inspire for generations to come.”
