And maybe I’m missing something, but how can I add second account?

No shade to the other app developers! Just have grown accustomed to seeing these Memmy updates constantly!

Hey all! Here are this version's changes:

• Fix infinite spinning on profile page
• Images that also have a post body now show both
• Fixed duplicate NSFW setting
• Keyboard for search now includes "@" for easy access
• Sign in/sign up screens now include "." for easy access as well
• Onboarding screen should render correctly on all devices
• You can save posts now. They will be synced with your Lemmy account. You can view them on your profile page
• All of your subscriptions will now show up and you can search through them. Also a more attractive and easy way to access them
• Default Active search was added to settings
• Settings was moved to profile. We will revisit this if it's a user issue (i.e. people can't find it, you guys don't like it, etc.)
• Issue with communities having an "infinite render" are fixed

Is this not implemented, or am I too dumb to figure it out?

Would it be possible to have the jump button like in Apollo, which takes you to the next top comment in a thread? Also when you press and hold it takes you back to the very top.

I don’t know if this is specific to the app but did anyone else notice they can’t see text in an image post? I just noticed that when I went to comment on one that there’s actually text that shows up (that I assume has to be part of the post).

Hello, just joined Lemmy like an hour ago. I was curious if there’s a way to have multiple accounts in Memmy and swap between them. For instance I made this account in Lemmy.world, but if I wanted to join another can I do that in this app? Sorry I’m trying to get up to speed with the transition here from Reddit.

I send twice a post and I didn't see any option to edit neither delete the post as I can do with comments. Is it a pending feature or there is a way that I don't know?

P.D: I think someone had commented yet but when I send a post it appears in the main screen as two initial upvotes (in my profile and the web client it has only one)

By no means am I a graphic artist, but wanted to make an icon that matched my Home Screen Icons via shortcuts.

Might be worth deleting and reinstalling so the devs can get some feedback before submitting to the AppStore.

I just made this post and it already showed I had two upvotes, which likely isn’t true. I’ve noticed this every time I’ve made a comment lately. Not sure if it happens with posts.

When I select “Feed” it shows posts from communities from other instances which I am not subscribed to. How do I view posts from all my subscribed communities?

hey, on Apollo I used a lot that feature that had you sort your favorite subs on top of your subscribed sub list. is this planned for memmy too or can I request it? it’s especially useful for moderating communities.

Here are today's updates:

• Crashes are fixed for:
  • Subscriptions
  • Community Blocks
  • Other notifications that had a "toast" popup
• You can now edit comments by pressing the "..." in the post view. I'll finish post edit tomorrow.
• There is a whole new onboarding process for new users. If you want to give it a spin, just reinstall Memmy and check it out. I'll have some screenshots below as well.
• You can toggle when your messages will be marked as read (thanks to https://github.com/ktgd)
• Posts that are stuck to the community or local will now show as such (thanks to https://github.com/qoopa)
• You can toggle a setting now to allow images to take up the full height of the screen in the feed view (instead of being downsized to fit)
• Other bug fixes

As we prepare for an App Store release today, we hope that these types of changes help to make it easier to get people to figure out registration. If you have ideas on how we can make this easier, please let us know!

If you swipe a comment to reply and swipe too far (past the second haptic feedback), it will not work. Short swipe works. The reply icon stays up for both long and short swipe.

This could for example allow me to search if anyone else already posted a feature request so I don’t make a duplicate post.

Created a new account on another instance and want to log in that one... But I can't seem to find a log out button :/
