Original Title: I just had a 1 day response time on an LTT customer support request, and they just went above and beyond anything I would have expected given my issue, and they need to be recognized for it. This post is a shout out.

I have previously bought 4 LTT screwdrivers (normal, black shaft, noctua, and a stubby) and I love them - they work great and the ratchet feels fantastic. Recently, I got myself a transparent screwdriver- it looks fantastic but I could immediately tell that the ratchet wasn’t right. In one direction it works fine, but the other direction felt rough and seems to suck and bind up.

I reached out to support and they were straightforward and helpful, and within about a week I now have a replacement screwdriver that both looks and feels fantastic.

Thank you for making a good product and for the customer service. Well done!
