Recently, there is an anime which the characters are driving a Seibu train to Ikebukuro! While I don't approve their lacking of professional quality such as: not preforming point and call, it reminds me the "S-train".
S Train is a (not so) limited express train which mainly services between Toyosu and Tokorozawa. Seibu 20000 series will be used to services it. All seats are reserved, so you get a comfortable journey!
In weekend, the train will run from Chichibu to Yokohama. The train may not be very useful for tourists, but you can still catch it to get to Yokohama during weekends !
Or just ride the F-liner if you prefer cheaper option.

Introducing Voicevox
An open-source speech synthesis program, containing a user friendly gui.
The quality is pretty decent, so it much better than other software like Voicepeak, which charges a lot.

I enjoy 1hr comfortable journey between Narita Airport and Tokyo with N'EX!
Comparing with Keisei Skyliner.... Pro of N'EX:
- Can use with JR pass
Con of N'EX:
- More expensive
- Slower
So obviously, Keis..... I mean Narita Express is a much better choice !
