I recently purchased, ripped, and almost finished transcoding the entire series of Friends. I’m currently in the process of converting subtitles with Subtitle Edit. I’d like to save myself a bit of work by taking the last 13-14 characters off the ends of the file names.

For example, I’d like to take track13[spa] off of the following filename: 03x10 - The One Where Rachel Quits_track13_[spa].sup

Or is this not possible with Nautilus?

"Blueprint" as successor for UI XML definition (jwestman.pages.gitlab.gnome.org)
submitted 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago) by petsoi@discuss.tchncs.de to c/gnome@discuss.tchncs.de

There seems to be a new file format in the works to define Gnome UI with a lot of advantages:

  • Concise syntax. No more clumsy XML! Blueprint is designed from the ground up to match GTK’s widget model, including templates, child types, signal handlers, and menus.
  • Easy to learn. The syntax should be very familiar to most people. Take a look at the reference to get started.
  • Modern tooling. Blueprint ships a Language Server for IDE integration.

The bold fonts are too bold for QT flatpak apps, is there a way to fix it?

Thank you!

I posted directly the link to the Gitlab ticket which was created as part of the mobile hackathon, which I found interesting.
