He's best known for his incredible harmonizing with Layne Staley and Alice in Chains, but his solo work isn't as well known and in some cases IMO, terrible underappreciated. The whole album, Degredation Trip, is fantastic - a soulful and bluesey (at times) evolution of 90s grunge rock. I recommend it highly but I particularly love the closing track 'Gone'. Would love it if more people knew about it.
