IMO, increase in transactions will certainly attract institutions, especially after regulatory clarity.

I received two phishing emails sent to addresses that I only used for Moonpay. I create unique emails for every service I sign up for using iCloud’s Hide My Email. These phishing emails arrived within five minutes of each other.

After a quick search, I found no statement from Moonpay. This situation seems possible only if Moonpay has been breached or they’re selling user emails.

I’m certain I never used these emails for anything else, as they were generated on the spot during sign-up with Hide My Email. It’s not like I used “Pay with Moonpay” through an integrated service that could’ve been breached. These emails were specifically created for direct purchases on Moonpay.

The emails will be Coinbase phishing emails with Subject like “Account Monitor” or “Service Unit” or “Security Alert”.

Just a PSA!

I know a lot of people talk about how the initial messages of crypto are getting lost in all this tradfi adoption (which, admittedly, Chainlink is also at the forefront of), but here is a nice use case of "banking the unbanked" where small communities in Brazil are being given the opportunity of financial inclusion, utilizing blockchain for social good.

Help me understand how a company like MicroStrategy is “raising money” to buy Bitcoin. If I were to give them $100 Million am I not just getting, in return, $100 Million worth of Bitcoin plus any gains? How does Micro Strategy make money? If I have $100 Million and want to invest it in Bitcoin, why not just buy it myself? What’s the benefit of giving it to Micro Strategy just so they can buy Bitcoin? It does not make sense to me—what is the value add here that MicroStrategy is providing to investors?
