Here’s some links to websites which list products made in Canada. Please note I have not personally created these lists and there may be issues (e.g. made in Canada from an American company), so it’s best to still do your research. I will eventually have a list of my own for 100% Canadian brands, organized by product type, but until then you can use these lists to help you. I may add or remove lists from here as I see fit and based on community complaints/requests. This is definitely a work in progress still so please be patient, but also please do give me any feedback you can so I can improve this list.

Electrolytes (lemmy.ca)

I am still looking for something to replace LMNT.

I found Insaltd and that would be a good option but while they are a Canadian company they produce the electrolytes in the USA. I contacted a while ago about it and they said it’s too hard to get them manufactured in Canada. When I checked with them again recently they didn’t even reply.

I also tried Rock Canada Hydration which is made in Canada however they really don’t mix well (even the powder is super uneven when scooping) or taste good.

Does anybody know any other brand to try? I see a lot but most have a lot of “extras” (vitamins, etc) in them or just have 200mg sodium. I really look for a replacement of LMNT not something like what Vega or Organika offer.

My Philips electric toothbrush finally died last night and I'm looking for a replacement.

I found a brand called vearthy that sells a bamboo electric toothbrush that is supposedly compatible with Philips heads, which is great because my partner still uses that one and we have a ton of compatible heads. However, I can't really find any reliable reviews for it.

Has anyone ever purchased vearthy or have any other recommendations for a good electric toothbrush that's Canadian, or at the very least not American? (Bonus if I can purchase it from somewhere that's not one of the big grocers)

Thanks!

With Rogers investing in Starlink.

And I don't trust Telus and Bell neither.

Is there a list of various internet and mobile providers in different regions in the country?

Any experience with Shopper+? (www.shopperplus.ca)

I ordered a cable from Prime Cables the other day and all the emails about the order came from Shopper+. Lot's of Proudly Canadian on their web site. They seem to sell a lot of stuff. They carry office supplies, cables, electronics, kitchen stuff, among other things. Some Canadian, some not. Has anyone shopped from them before? Should we use them?

Imagine this - high quality, locally-grown leafy greens - without pesticides - ALL year round, AND grown on a large scale. Our Audra Brown travels to King City, Ontario to peek into Canada's first fully automated, hands-free greenhouse.
