I need some help remembering a song. I only have bits of lyrics. It’s sung by a girl with a French accent. The parts I can remember are more spoken than sung. Talking about a cafe she says “the one you like on your street”. Another line is “after we would head to the cinema”. The song is directed at an ex she considers “stolen” from her and talking about dating and what could have been between them.

Also, there is a stupid stigma that exercise makes women more masculine. But are there any workouts that make a man look feminine? Like, it would be bit weird to see a BLL sized butt on a man, right?

I'm not a true believer in crypto, but I used to play around with it. I have received a 5-figure USD sum of bitcoin from the MtGox settlement, and I'm considering my options. It is a true windfall. It was worth maybe $100-200 when I used to play daytrader and shop silk road with it.

We are on track for early retirement as it is, but my "smart money" intuition says pay the long-term capital gains and invest in funds, how we do everything else. More money earlier is always good.

My gambler side says to withdraw some maybe, but split the rest into a half dozen likely candidates for someday real world crypto use which may take off. I don't stay up to date on them anymore, so this would take some real research.

The weird Trumpy stuff going on with BTC makes me think it couldn't hurt to hold through the election in case prepper types panic buy it lol.

My wife says it's unexpected so just leave it as a high-risk part of our whole portfolio, but I worry she underestimates the risk and scamminess of it all.

CCL is promoting the Energy Permitting Reform Act of 2024, but it looks to me mostly like a giveaway to the fossil fuel lobby.

• It gives a 150-day statute of limitations for legal challenges to energy projects
• It gives a quota for annual oil and gas lease sales through 2029
• It undoes the LNG export pause, and sets a 90-day deadline for approving or denying future export applications, basically preventing future pauses after the fact like the LNG pause

It includes some permitting streamlining for green energy projects, but it's not clear to me how big a deal that was in the first place, and most of its material support seems aimed at the fossil fuel industry.

Did I miss something, or is all the green nature of this bill mostly a Manchin invention?

This is a deep meta question; not the response you give others. When you ask yourself, "how do I feel," is that answer you synthesize, the answer you draw from the edge of your conscious and unconscious self; is this answer a reference to the immediately preceding past of your inner experience, or is the answer from some self aware inner entity that exists in the ever changing experience of right now?

My wife and I have been using Cozi for years to manage our work schedules, plan dates, block off personal time, and manage grocery lists and to-do lists. There has been some pretty egregious enshittification through locking more and more essential features behind a paywall and now it's altering times for some reason and straight up losing list items and calendar entries. I'm done. Its only function was to maintain calendar items and lists so I wouldn't need to manually remember everything; it's worthless if I can't trust it to remember for me.

So now we're looking for a replacement tool to manage our family. FOSS preferred, but not required. I'm even open to using two separate apps for it, one for calendar and another for lists. We just need them to live online so we can independently add to it while the other person is asleep or at work.

I'm hoping that somebody else has already done the legwork to find the best option?

As far as I can tell, the only platform that I found with medium level of reliability is metacritic.
