They seem to love the cookie cutter houses chain restaurants and expensive unsustainable living that typifies the American suburb.

I posted a cookie cutter suburban house one time saying it looks like dog shit and bunch of chuds were like "What a beautiful house".

Spoiled upper middle class women and chuds just seem to venerate suburban sprawl.

Why?

I'm part of a student body and have the task of drafting up a statement that condemns antisemitism and anti-muslim racism on campus and makes clear that both jews and Palestinians/Muslims should feel safe there. Has anyone across a statement in that vain that was any good? Or statements on Israel-Palestine in general that would both be adequate but also don't scare away people who think anti-zionism is antisemitism (I could of course change some parts)

I'm the most Kkkrackkkers of Amerikkkans so my tradition is just getting drunk off mulled wine and re-watching bad holiday movies with relatives I only kinda like.

I'm sometimes a little jealous of people who have weirder shit going on, like gremlins who slam doors and steal sausages or shitting Christmas logs. We need to bring back weird ass half-pagan shit.

Bonus points: which one is most likely to be the fed assigned to the local?

Because I'm tired of hearing that damn liberal viewpoint every single time

For starters, on the overturning of Roe v. Wade, could you give any evidence that it was preventable but the Democrats did nothing, if not welcomed it?

Such as the majority-democrat political demographic of the Senate that oversaw that decision?

The types of things that would help them climb the existing social order?

I think we've talked about how Chuds constantly complain about having "ugly people" in media (along with black people and intelligent women) even when the chuds themselves are not particularly attractive.

They worship traditonal hierarchies because they believe they will someday be at the top 'where I belong' no?

I've seen chuds straight up just say convenionally attractive people are better and belong at the top, meanwhile said chud is unkempt and not at all conventionally attractive.

When they usually aren't all that classically attractive themselves.

So stupid. And it makes it seem like they worship attractive people.

Bella ramsey would be an example in which a bunch of chud nerds call her ugly constantly meanwhile they're not exactly lookers themselves.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jewish_exodus_from_the_Muslim_world

In 1948 and the years following, many countries in MENA became significantly more hostile to their Jewish minority populations. Most of the time this occurred in the form of pogroms and riots in Jewish neighborhoods, rather than official government action, although there were some instances of that too. As far as I can tell the worst cases of this were in Morocco, Libya, Yemen, Syria, and Iraq.

Between 1948 and 1978, about 650,000 Jews moved from Muslim-majority countries to Israel, and although not all of them were driven out by antisemitic violence, certainly some of them were. The debate over the relative importance of "pull factors" vs "push factors" is ongoing.

Zionists like to bring this up as a gotcha and ask things like "why doesn't the pro-Palestine side ever talk about giving Jews who were pushed out of Morocco a right to return there? Expulsion didn't just happen to Palestinians"

As far as I can tell we haven't really come up with a good answer to this, so maybe we should formulate one.

CW sexual assault, physical assault Growing up, I've been repeatedly assaulted and harassed by know it all's. That's how upsettingly nerdy they were about gatekeeping the autonomy of thinking for myself. Because they wanted to violate the most intimate of boundaries, and not have me fight back. They wanted control and power over me in every way. To play pretend that they were all powerful and intelligent wizards.

I see a lot of communists on here saying things that might lead to them being stigmatized, and I want to be able to do that more. You guys shut down nerdiness. I've been conditioned to have controlling nerd voices in my head, and automatically let them convince me out of setting boundaries and speaking up for what I believe in. Now I'm my own controlling nerd, and I don't want to be. I want to walk the right path regardless of how stigmatized it may be.

How do you shut down nerds? Especially when their opinions are antihuman? If you don't care about piggypoopballs opinions, what are your reasons for not caring?

I love it when libs think living in places like China or Cuba is like living in a wasteland. The way some people talk about these countries you'd think these places looked like something out of Mad Max instead of thriving, prosperous nations. I'd like to write up some agit prop as a go-to resource on these countries. Examples of info I'd like to have handy:

Life expectancy

Cost of Healthcare

How much does it cost to ride an ambulance?

How much does childbirth cost?

What if I'm diabetic? What if I need therapy for mental health issues?

Crime rates, ex: number of thefts / 10000 people

Rates of people suffering from depression

Suicide rates

Etc.

I believe the average person living in China has a higher quality of life than I do in burgerland, but I don't have hard figures to prove it. Help plz?

So I would say I want to have kids, but it's very dependent on being able to have certain standards adhered to- aka I wouldn't just have kids no matter what if the biological clock was ticking etc. So with that said, I have question(s)/thoughts about those who have kids or plan on having them:

As someone who does value things like urbanism/strong social safety nets /all the things that I assume people on the actual left care about, it seems like it's virtually impossible in the US at least to raise a family in an actual urban area, where you at most own a car but it's not used on a regular basis, and still have good public education available that isn't obsenely expensive. To use an example, Chicago is one of the few cities that isn't craaazy expensive and you don't need a car depending on what neighborhood you live in, but it's well known that unless you go private school or a child tests into/wins a lottery to go to one of the amazing public schools, the general "school you go to because that's based on your address" are all objectively bad/somewhat dangerous. Obviously there are histories of corruption/racism and the like that has caused this issue in Chicago, but I don't think I'm wrong that I'd want to send my kid to a bad school just to prove a point. But on the other hand,, I do feel like it's just wrong to endorse the continued brokenness of needing to go private or get lucky to get a good education.

So basically, I wonder what is everyone's plan? My partner is currently in the process of getting EU citizenship, but that's most likely years away to being finalized. Is there any hope in the US to not have to make huge concessions when it comes to having children? Sometimes I wonder if even having two children is too much in terms of $$, but my partner is an only child and we both agree that if possible two would be best, as they were very affected negatively by being an only child, to the extent if I was ever single again I might legitimately hesitate to date an only child again. I guess I just would want to have somewhat of a plan/goal to be at so my partner and I could figure out when would be the time to have kids.

It just sometimes seems hopeless at least in the near future to raise kids in the US, and I'm hoping that's not the case, and if it is I'd love to be able to try to work towards whatever steps needed (whether moving to X country or X state etc) in order to make that a reality.

Kinda curious of your perspective of the culture there.

I feel like as a lefty person on lefty internet I get feed a pretty steady stream of clips of Israelis being fucking psychos, but I guess I wonder how mask off people are when you're just like getting coffee or walking the dog.

I know electoralism is tired, anyhow I'd like to hear your opinion on this guy. Is he sincere?

I'm looking for serious replies only, please. I have a friend whose family 'escaped' from East Germany and moved to the US during the Cold War. My friend's opposition to socialism seems to be almost exclusively based upon this idea that their poor family had to 'run from evil communists'. This person either doesn't know or won't tell me what their family was up to in Germany from 1930-1945. I suspect they were nazis and were not 'escaping' socialism but hiding their participation in war crimes by moving to a country that would not persecute them for killing civilians etc. I know their grandfather's name (who was just a boy when his parents forcibly moved them all to the US). How would I go about proving my hypothesis that they were nazis? Are their databases with the names of nazi party members and so on? Any advice and guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Also the way she talks is... bizarre. I don't think I've ever heard a small child talk like that, it sounds more like a drunk adult man.

Obviously it's not true because photos and footage of soviet life shows them wearing the same shit as any other country at the time, but the lie had to come from somewhere, right?

I presume the answer is "yes I can" but I just want to make sure I've got the process right.

The 240GB SSD I've got my Windows 10 installation on just turned 5 years old, and from what I understand 5-6 years is where they start to reach the end of their lifespan. Also, between my Windows install and modern game sizes 240GB is pretty tiny and I haven't been really been able to put much on it anyway.

The motherboard I upgraded to a year ago has two M.2 slots and I'm thinking of getting a 1TB NVMe drive and cloning my OS onto it. In 2022 I had trouble with faulty hardware corrupting Windows several times and during that time I made an AntiX boot device for troubleshooting that I've still got.

I assume the process would be

  • Install M.2 drive
  • Boot into AntiX
  • Use the disk manager utility (can't remember what it was called) to clone the contents of the SATA SSD onto the M.2 drive
  • Open BIOS and change the boot drive to the M.2
  • Boot to Windows

Would the M.2 drive be recognised as the new C: drive or will Windows get confused and give me trouble?
