I placed an order for a custom MacBook order for in store pickup. Apple says the pickup date is Dec 14th. I know, by experience, that when delivered to home the date is usually off and shipment usually arrives earlier than initially stated. Does anyone know if in store pickup dates are set in stone or can they move up like in home deliveries?

I used to have flip clock on my HTC 9 years ago, is it possible to have it on iPhone / iPad / Watch?

I mentioned some widgets but not sure if they are safe and working.

I was disappointed there is no flip clock for Watch.

I recently bought a used series 7 41mm gps at 91% battery health as my first Apple Watch. Is this a normal decrease of battery in a day with always on display turned off and no activities tracked? (It’s running watchOS 10.1.1 which apparently should have fixed battery issues)

So, my 15 Pro Max randomly rebooted a few times. Support did some tests and based on that wanted me to go in for repair. The closest Apple Store is an hour away so that wasn’t happening. Support told me about express replacement and it sounded like a good idea. They put a hold on my card for the value of the phone then the next day they overnighted it. It was a brand new phone, absolutely pristine. Put my phone in the same box the new one came in and dropped it off at Walgreens since that’s the only FedEx dropoff around here. Next day Apple received it and the hold dropped off my card. Since I have AC+ this whole thing cost me nothing extra except for the 5 minute drive to Walgreens. The new phone is perfect and working great. I love that we have this service as an option. Gets an A+ from me.

This morning I went to go on my Iphone which I shut down last night and was charging, and when I did it briefly showed the Home Screen and it had a pop up that said “Storage full” and on the top right corner it had a warning symbol ( ⚠️ ) and before I could do anything it was on a black screen with a spinning wheel. I did a force reset, and it now just shows the Apple logo. I’ve performed many force resets since, and it’s still showing the Apple logo. Is there anyway to fix it if I don’t have access to a computer at the moment?

I have not had a TV since about 2009 and have been watching stuff by streaming with an internet connection and an IMac desktop. I am getting a little tired of watching from a desk so I think I would like to buy a TV so I can sit on a sofa and watch instead. I only want an internet connection and no cable TV service. My internet is Spectrum. If I buy some sort of TV and connect that to my Spectrum WiFi, do I need to pay for something like AppleTV also? ( I do not understand what it actually does) I watch Youtube, Discovery+, Acorn and occasionally Netflix and Prime. Things have changed so much in 14 years, sorry if I sound clueless, because I probably am.

Typically use a chest strap but that broke today. Which Apple Watch will be as good as a chest strap? I do a lot of interval training and lifting, I want something that will compare to a chest strap when it comes to heart rate variability.

Hello, my mother in law is visiting from the Caribbean. She has decided she would like to upgrade phones while state side. Looks like it’s gonna be a IPhone 14 or 14 pro. I see that best buy has some deals for unlocked. Wanted to touch base here and verify if those are truly fully unlocked. I don’t want to send her back home only to find out it wasn’t internationally unlocked

I’ve been wanting to get one since September but figured there’d be some pretty great deals coming up soon, so I’ve waited. The best deal I’ve seen is Sam’s at $139, and I’m kicking myself for waiting to only save $10 -_-

The setup involves mounting the iPhone on a tripod to film downward from an elevated position. I need to monitor what's being recorded live on my MacBook for better control over the shot angles and composition.

Any suggestions for an app would be really helpful.

This is first time I'm using NRC (Nike Run Club) app with apple watch.

What I observed is that in fitness app, I only get data about heart rate, pace and nothing else. I've used Runna in the past and it gives me elevation, heart rage, pace, power, cadence, vertical oscillation, ground contact time and stride length.

Initially I thought that's because NRC is free and hence not collecting this data, but my NRC is also connected to Strava, and I can see elevation and cadence in Strava app.

So how come the data was collected, but not visible in fitness app?

Why doesn’t the Activity or Workout app allow custom challenges with friends? How difficult would it be to allow distance challenges instead of one specific 7-day challenge?

After updating our two iPhones to IOS17, the calling history and voicemails for both phones are showing up on both phones. This has only started since the IOS17 update. Yes, we are sharing the same Apple ID. Yesterday I spent a significant time with Apple Support and they tell me that this cannot be turned off as consumers requested it. I see a lot of reports where consumers hate it. Yes, I can give each phone it's own Apple ID, but then I lose the automatic syncing of both calendar and contacts (which we find very useful). Does anyone have a workaround for this issue. Also, how can I send a formal complaint to Apple.

I noticed this after a week of usage. Does anybody have something similar? Is there a way that they will fix this under warranty?

I just want them to be black. When watching YouTube in landscape mode, they just keep shifting through various stages of gray based on the video lighting. How do you turn that off and just make it black? Thank you!

Hi there fam, I recently bought a iphone 12 off ebay but seems to be carrier locked to T-mobile.

as i am from overseas, sending it back to usa would cost 3 times more than i bought it.

I called T-mobile today and asked them to unlock but they cant help even though the esn is clean.

I cant make a T-mobile account because for that I need a T-mobile sim/esim which my country dont has.

can anyone help me please ? please mind that returning the phone is not an option

Please tell me there’s a way around this? I do not want to have to long press my watch just to get to the next screen so I can get to a certain app.

I use multiple faces, because I like having quick access to apps while working. And one “Infograph” face isn’t enough for everything I want. How is this a “feature”?

Hey guys, I accidentally poured car window cleaner onto my iphone 15 pro (cleaned it with water afterwards), I cannot charge with cables for more than 48hours now.

Liquid Detected Disconnect cable from charger and iPhone. Unplug charger and allow all connectors to dry. This may take several hours.

I already used hair dryer and a vacuum to suck the water out of the port, but the warning still persists…

Any recomendations?

Hi guys. Sorry to ask this again but just needed assurance before buying the SE watch.
I have a fastrack smartwatch which tracks steps and other things. The problem is if my phone is switched off and if i walk with just my watch, it doesn’t seem to sync the steps to Apple Health. Also i have to open the fastrack app everytime for it to sync data from the watch. Questions- With the SE Watch, can I expect this to sync data to Apple Health real time? Also if my iPhone is switched off and if i walk with the SE watch, will it sync the steps and other data once my iphone is turned on?
