So about two weeks ago I bought a supposedly operator blocked iPhone 14 Pro Max hoping to fix and unlock it. But after contacting apple AND the carrier who blocked it, nobody could help. 2 days ago I finally decided to pay for a proper imei checking company, which revealed that this iPhone is Chimera locked. Now my question is, can a new logic board make the device work again?

I recently bought a second home and want my Apple TV setup just like I have in my primary house. Should I unpack it at my house, connect it to the wifi and get it to SYNC everything and then bring it to my second house?

In the past I've normally backed up to hard drive, then sometimes move that to something external. Currently I'm low on good options. I have a laptop with maybe enough space for a backup, and two good external hard drive options.

Is there a little fast how-to guide on this? When I google it, I get responses that are not correct, or written by a robot about an adjacent topic and SEOed to the top of google, or are referring explicitly to Mac.

would there be a possibility to get apple care+ for my cracked iphone 13 right now so i can pay £25 for the repair instead of £289. i wanna find out if i figured out a loophole for this or do i still have to pay the £289 for the screen repair

Is the Battery really that Bad like many Youtubers tell? Fast Draining dont get a full day out of it etc. So might be a better Option to get the regular 15 or 15 plus?

I know that apple has a 2 week return policy but how strict are they with it? Will they check for small scratches and everything ?

Hi everyone!

It’s been about 9-10 months using the base variant m2 air that I bought brand new.

Little background: I only use a browser on it mainly, no app downloads or anything, just google chrome with some extensions and that’s about it. Also, I rarely have any extra tabs open, just the main tab and that too for very low resource using websites.

Here are two things I’ve noticed change over time:

Performance Issues: I’ve noticed the performance gradually decrease over time, it used to be hella fast when it was brand new, almost no hiccups, now I notice the whole laptop slowing down while performing the same regular browser tasks like it will just randomly lag out.

Battery Timing issues: It used to easily give me at-least 15-16 hours SOT when it was new, over the past macOS 17 update I think whatever one was the latest, I’ve seen a HUGE drop in battery life. It only gives me around 6-7 hours of SOT now, which is way less than what it originally used to give, and battery timing is something I bought the Macbook for, so I’m extremely disappointed. (Battery Health is 94% now btw, but the battery timing is at-least 50-60% lower.

now my question is, should I sell out my current MacBook and replace it with a brand m3 or the larger m2 air (15 inch)? or is there any optimisations that can be done to my current one?

hi, I am about to purchase this phone and want to know the MOST protective case and screen protector I can get. I don’t care if it’s ugly. I don’t care what the price is. I want the most possible protection.

I have loyally used otterbox defender cases my whole life, but ive heard with this model they dont work as well as before. also, I never liked how the speakers would seem to get damaged and the charge port rubber would rip. however, I have always had flawless iphones with them (other than speaker damage) and never even needed a glass screen protector as the plastic worked fine.

I would enjoy magsafe but not if it in ANY capacity sacrifices durability.

I want recommendations under the assumption I drop my iphone down a flight of concrete stairs every day. this is an exaggeration but i am extremely clumsy and drop my iphone se daily.

I really don’t understand why apple decided that it is a good idea to take the sim tray out. What do you do when you are in another country that doesn’t have an e-sim and no I don’t want to subscribe to an international e-sim company.

So my friend wants to buy a new iPhone since they need a new phone and also use it for fashion shooting for their business(apparently a lot of people do that). They also insist they need the 15 Pro because it's takes better pics.

Now I want to buy them the phone as a gift, but I know nothing about iphones and I'm really curious if it's true that the 15 Pro would help them more

I know that I can turn my watch's heart rate measurement on and off from the privacy settings, but I would like to switch it based on the time of day. Is there a way to operate from shortcuts?

I am a first time Apple Watch buyer. I have had Fitbits for as long as I can remember. I really don’t need anything too fancy- just something that will count my steps, track my sleep, and reliably send me notifications.

I am much more inclined to buy the Apple Watch SE, since it is more affordable. However, I’m a little concerned that it doesn’t fast charge. I am used to having Fitbits that last for five days and take just over an hour to fully charge. Has anyone had any issues/complaints with charge time on SE2?

I have a wired Apple TV and the Apple TV app on my smart TV and phone.

I have purchased games (jack box) from the App Store to play and they show up on my wired Apple TV but they don’t show on my Apple TV app.

Is there anyway to fix that? I don’t want to have to keep using my wired Apple TV just for the games.

I am currently looking to switch from Android to iOS and my choices based on my budget are the 13 Pro Max and the 13 Pro. There is also the 14 Pro which kinda stretches it and i dont know if its worth it.

Also i am coming from a Huawei Mate 50 Pro, so will i notice any camera/battery difference between them?
