Every iPhone I’ve had since the 14 gets scratches at the top of the screen and I’m not sure what causes it. I always separate items that could scratch it from my iPhone into a different pocket. The only things I put in the same pocket as my iPhone is my wallet and AirPods. Would y’all be willing to help me figure out what is scratching it?

Thanks to everyone who gave advice on which model was best bang for buck. I'd also like to buy a sturdy well designed case and possibly a wireless charger. She has an iPhone 8 with a transparent case and she hates how worn out it looks. I'm looking as Spigen, JETech, Otterbox and dozens of other brands on Amazon UK/DE/IT. Too many options!

Also I'm confused about MagSafe, do cases need it for wireless chargers to work?

And finally wireless chargers themselves, any recommendations? She'd probably prefer that than plug and unplug charging cable.

My brother recently passed away. It was sudden and I have reason to believe it was caused by another person. I talked to the det. that was handling his case but he was no help. It said it was possible but no evidence at the scene to suggest it. Although there is something to suggest there is just not at the scene and he won’t do nothing about it so I need access to his Apple ID

My question is I went through the recovery stages and it showed my number in the end and said i would get a text with info. This was after I selected ‘don’t have this’ it shows my number. How is my number on there? Can Apple see my number of the phone I’m using to reset the password or is it that my brother set my number to be a part some recovery?

I dont have his phone. It was stolen from the scene. And his number is now disconnected. No access to emails either as other people he hung around kept changing his password. I might have his card if our mom didn’t throw it out with the rest of his stuff.

I have an iPhone 11 Pro - great condition, nothing wrong with it, and I'm looking to sell for max amount possible. Only "defect" I can think of is battery capacity is at 78%

How much could this go for?

Context: My wife works in NYC, and taking calls from her when she's walking to and from the train is maddening--her current earbuds (Jabra Elite 75T, which are awesome otherwise!) pick up EVERY passing car, jackhammer, firetruck, etc. Do Airpods have some magical ability to only pick up her voice and really minimize the sounds of the busy city? Or is there some setting we're missing?

it keeps asking me every time and having to click extra buttons just for a download is annoying.

a simple solution would be not to use low data mode, but the alternative is 5G, which doesnt exist in my country, as a result the phone uses "low data mode" by default

I just got a replacement of my device from my internet company i bought an i phone 13 pro max of them and it got damaged so i asked for a replacement and they sent it to me The only problem is that the model number starts with N when i enter the imei in i unlocker they say the phone is bought in july 2022 and that it's not replaced by apple The phone is new 100% battery everything new Idk if i should be worried does this N model is a bad model will i encounter problems? And why does the site say that i bought it a year ago Did i get scammed? Thanks

Upgraded to the 14 from the 11 about two months ago, and I noticed the 14’s camera tends to produce blurrier and overall not detailed photos than the 11.

Does anyone else have this experience or am I tripping?

I just recovered my backup from another phone i had and the date is missing. That's mostly what I care about since the photoos show as if they were taken on the same day. I know there is a date fixer for photos and images on android, is there one on ios?

Hi, I’m facing an issue while transferring cinematic video from iphone to windows PC. There are some other option like import video to premier rush and then export it but from this my video colors got saturated so is there any other way?

When watching NFL Thursday Night Football in Amazon Prime I do not get to hear the Announcers , although I can hear background noise. When I watch on my IPad or IPhone everything is fine. This has happened several weeks in a row .

Bought my iphone 15 pro max and loved it for the first few days. But noticed now after a month of owning it that I’m still: Overheating, software chaos, panel gaps on the back of my phones edges are widening, phone just stops working and takes a few seconds to turn out it ion standby, charging port is loose which if a cable is connected and you move the cable a little bit it disconnects and reconnects constantly. Just some of my experiences and issues. I would love to hear some of y’all’s experiences recently or just some input.

Hey everyone, OCD user here. I'm posting because I've been haunted by a question for the last few days. For context, I was switching the case of my iPhone 15 Pro Max (I have a few different cases and like to change them up), but this time, while removing the case, my nail got caught in the gap between the screen and the titanium frame of the phone. I applied a bit of force, thinking I was removing the case, but then my nail slipped, and I realized I wasn't actually pulling off the case. I also want to mention that visually, I don't see any apparent damage, but my OCD keeps making me think otherwise, and I'm really sorry to be writing this over something so trivial.

So, here's my weird question: is it really impossible to accidentally detach the screen from the titanium frame with your nail?

Okay, I know this might sound utterly silly. I'm aware that I have some unusual behaviors regarding my electronics, probably due to my OCD, so please, no judgments or harsh comments - I'm already pretty hard on myself. I'm attaching a photo to illustrate the gap I'm talking about for those who can't quite picture it. The photo is not mine and shows an iPhone 13 Pro, not my model, but it still represents the gap I'm concerned about.

So I recently got my hands on my M2 Max MBP and have been looking for a docking station to clean up my desk/wires while also having a home for the MBP on my desk. It seems like the best dock most mention is the CalDigit TS4. However, its not really a docking "station".

Is there something similar to this device that also works as a station? Something similar to Ascrono docking station for example?

Also up for any recommendations on supporting peripherals since its black Friday. Thanks!

i tried making this post on my iPhone XR, but the keyboard lag made me close app. its like my XR’s are drowning and my 13 is barely above water. i know they stopped signing iOS 16, BUT PLEASE THERES GOT TO BE SOMETHING 😭. im now willing to jailbreak, do whatever it takes lol. has anyone come up with anything? and the storage isnt even close to half full on these devices, so i dont think that has anything to do with it. the difference was noticable right after the update.

I’m trying to send a song via text to a friend who has an Android phone. She gets the text message but can’t open the song. Isn’t it possible to send a song from iPhone to an Android phone?

Hi. I got my long waited Max phone few days ago and here are some of my thoughts:

• After using it for about an hour, I felt oh shit, it's so big and heavy with the case, like, what to do now?!
• I keep asking myself is this the right decision about going this size and not the regular 15 Pro
• I upgraded from iPhone 12 and after using few minutes, my eyes started to hurt, did someone have experienced something similar? This feeling has gone after using it one day
• Is the screen quality the same as in iPhone 15 Pro?
• Some apps feels like does not use the extra space as needed and looks weird
• If I will go back to 15 Pro, there could be the opposite problem, wanting to switch back (sounds stupid, right?)
• I develop mobile apps, this most likely would not be a problem, but feel like testing apps could be easier on regular iPhone 15 Pro, maybe I'm totally wrong
• Maybe I'm just not used to yet on this size, just need more days using it
• Have anyone bin in the same situation and changed to smaller size? Maybe someone did and then regretted the choice?
