I’m a teacher and on my school gmail account I have my students’ parents saved as email contacts. I’m logged into my school email on my iPhone so that I can do work things on my phone when needed. But it’s driving me crazy that I have 49 “random” emails in my phone contact list.

I have already gone to Settings > Contacts > Accounts > Gmail and turned off “contacts.” When I first got this phone in October this fixed the problem but they have suddenly reappeared and this setting is still turned off. When I delete them from my contact list on my phone they are deleted from my contacts in gmail. Help please!!

What’s your opinion on BURGA cases? Mostly the elite ones? Ordered two got four plus -25% off and I’m wondering are they any good?

I purchased a new iPhone with an eSIM. I wiped my iPhone 13 and sent it in without removing the physical SIM card. I was later notified by Apple that the shipment was stolen. Only the empty box arrived.

My question is this. Can the theft of my SIM card lead to ID theft or hacking?

I have a lot of iTunes movies. I’d like to download them for offline use. Ideally I would have bought the 2tb iPhone, but that isn’t an option at the moment.

I would like to get an external storage drive, which could connect via USB C on the 15 pro max (could stay connected for the duration of the movie). I would download all my movies (I could download off a PC if necessary) and plug it into my phone so I could watch them.

I’m not really interested in ripping the DRM, or pirating anything. Is this possible? Is there some other solution I’m missing? I have about 1.5tb worth of iTunes movies.

I searched the forum but couldn’t find an answer specific to iPhone.

I have small pieces of dust under the screen protector for my iPhone 15. I do have another screen protector but I’m hesitant to try install it again, as I think I may do even worse at it then I did before. Ultimately it doesn’t bother me, but just wanted to double check this doesn’t damage the actual phone screen behind the protector? I know this sounds l stupid, but just thought it was worth asking. Thank you.

Before my daughter left on a trip to India, we set up our phones in Find my Phone and I was able to track her flight yesterday. Now that she's landed, it says that she's still in the S.F. Bay Area. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Been having issues with sending and receiving text messages so reset all my devices and curious if the Allow Calls On Other Devices needs to be on on my iPhone for the Apple Watch to make calls?

Replaced my phone screen now the camera does not work and my screen is dim and max brightness. Not sure whats going on or how to fixed this ? A Anyt solution?

I've been having this peculiar problem for ages. Multiple iOS updates haven't helped. Basically every time i try to download something from AppStore, it just gets stuck (infinite loading/looping icon). I'll attach a picture below. The grey icon on the right is what im referencing.

The only way i can download something is if i restart my iPhone. After that i can download one thing and then the infinite loading comes back. Basically after every download i have to restart my phone.

iPhone 12 and right now on iOS 16. (it happened on previous iOS versions aswell, so doesn't seem to be a version problem).

Any help is appreciated.

If I pinch the wallpaper to zoom out, the top of the wallpaper blurs and I wouldn’t like that to happen. Is there a way to stop this?

I bought an Apple Watch and I can’t pair it with my phone because it’s asking for an account that is associated with somebody I no longer talk to. I’ve had multiple iPhones since I got the first phone that is associated with this persons account. Why Is it asking me for this account that has nothing to do with my current phone? Anybody know how to fix this?

Want to buy an Apple Watch for the first time but having a hard time deciding. Having heard the rumors about the Series X, I'm wondering whether it'd be a good idea to settle with an SE 2 or a Series 8 for a lower price for the time being and get the Series X when it comes out, or just buy the Series 9 and have that be my watch for however long it lasts.

I like the upgrades of the Series 9, but is spending the extra $300 (converted) for it really worth?

Hi, I'm trying to reach out to tech guys who knows how to spot a fake onset. There's been circulating fake/cloned iphones out there that even the imei and serial numbers are legit cloned. My country does not have an applestore to go to, only authorised resellers. This will be my first iPhone, so I can't tell from the appearance. Hope I can get some tips as to how to spot it from a tech perspective.

This has never not happened for me, but official cables continue to function for me to this day. Does the iPhone fry unofficial cables on purpose after a certain amount of time?

i recently dropped my iphone and it has done now external damage and someone told me the battery could have fallen out of place and maybe damaged the display cable as yesterday it could vibrate and stuff but no display now it does nothing, so my question is should i open it and check if the battery has fallen out of place and try fix it

So I figured that getting the new iPhone update my crappy iPhone 7 instantly started to overheat but it was perfectly fine before I got the update. What’s the reason for that Apple??
