Hi, so I was watching the new Doctor Who episode on Disney Plus and even though its absolutely brilliant, it wouldn’t display in HDR. It does on my Samsung TV’s native app, but I hate the UI of my Samsung and much prefer not using the TVs software at all. Anybody else experiencing the same problem with HDR titles on Disney plus?

My phone constantly gives me a drop down notification for my watch keyboard since I updated my phone and watch to the newest update. Every time I open my phone and every time I open an app that has a typing option, this notification come down. If I click on it, it opens a keyboard. No option to silence or remove. It’s driving me crazy and I cannot figure out how to stop the notification from showing up all the time.

Hi! Everything was working fine but for the last hour, my laptop screen has become blurry, it has a blueish hue and light distortion like you'd see on old tvs.

Not sure what is going on.

Does anyone know of any applications for the touch bar?

I need any advice. My dad ordered the new Iphone 15 in September but when UPS delivered the phone, the box was empty. We ordered from Best Buy with a mobile promotion plan with AT&T. We have filed a police report, talked to AT&T, Best Buy, and Apple and no one is helping. We just want to order a replacement. Who do we go to? They all keep telling me to go to the other.

I filmed several workshops that were about an hour to two hours each. While I can see them on my iphone, they will not back up to Google Photos (which I use as iCloud because it's cheaper) and when I connect my phone via usb to my mac and try to import it to Photos, no progress has been made, even though I've had my phone connected to my laptop for several hours.

I'm kicking myself for not buying the 1T iphone. I find that video storage/ organization is the MOST annoying aspects of Apple. Data management is much easier with a regular SD card to hard drive.

If you have any suggestions, please let me know. I don't want to delete these videos, but they take up so much space it makes my iphone unusable.

One of my friend bought a new iPhone 14 pro and she was surprised that she still have the same issue that sometimes their screen is flip in "Invert Mode" and she doesn't switch something in the accessibility.

I checked with her and the both On/Off switches was off (Smart Invert and Classic Invert)

My Question or Issue

Downloading a playlist worked when I first got the watch. I accidentally removed a playlist and now nothing works to download a playlist once more.  It gets stuck on waiting... or gets to "x out of 50".

To troubleshoot, I have tried:

• Turning off Bluetooth from iPhone settings menu.
• Turning off Bluetooth from Apple watch
• Turning on airplane mode and just leaving wifi connected
• Disconnecting/reconnecting to the Wi-Fi network from the watch
• Reinstalling Spotify on both iPhone and Apple Watch
• Ensuring that I am not running into a storage issue on the watch (I am using less than 10% of available storage)
• Rebooting the iPhone and Apple watch
• Starting the playlist download from the phone or from the watch
• Turning off the iPhone and uninstalling Spotify from the watch, rebooting the Apple watch, reinstalling Spotify, and connecting the watch to a Bluetooth headset to play the playlist. Then and only then, initiating playlist download.

None of these things worked. Please help. I have liked Spotify but using it offline with the watch is a (if not the) major selling point of the premium membership (and watch) for me. And it is disconcerting that I see posts of this issue dating back 2 years now. 

My applecare claim has been denied and I feel like a massive idiot. I bought an iphone 13 mini with 2 years of applecare up front because I was going abroad and thought it would be worth it in case my phone got stolen. I was using an old Samsung Note that was dying on me so I was ready for a new phone anyway.

Well my phone got pickpocket off of me abroad and when I filed a claim AIG denied it. They claimed that find myiphone wasn't active at the time of the claim and I have no explanation for why it was turned off. I have screenshots of it being active in the weeks prior to it being stolen but I guess whoever stole it was able to get in deactivate it. I've tried appealing and calling for over a month and everyone on the other line acts cold and indifferent to me.

I have two iphone 13 minis (love the compact size). Since I had them about a couple years, they worked flawlessly.

About a week or so ago, the iphones won’t connect to the wifi extender (Nighthawk X6S EX 8000) anymore. We didn’t do anything special. It shows connected to the router, but won’t show the wifi icon on top next to the battery symbol. But it will connect to direct wifi connections. Tested at home and at other wifi locations and that’s ok. Try to connect to router and no websites or reddit, etc. Bought an identicle brand new extender. Still didn’t work. Tried our old extender we packed away and it still didn’t work.

We pretty much did all the online solutions posted online that I could find like resetting network connections, forgetting connection, etc. We haven’t reset the whole phone, didn’t want to go to that extreme if possible.

Anybody else have this issue and have a solution short of getting a new phone at tmobile or going to genius bar? Thanks ahead of time for any and all help.

I was near the security checkpoint at LAX. I saw a notification from the bottom (like when you connect an AirPod) “Connecting..” and the Bottom text read “Bluetooth device would require additional…”

My iPhone 14 Pro on IOS 17 immediately bricked. The screen was ok but I couldn’t select anything. I kept pressing the power and volume up buttons but nothing happened. It then turned off with the “rotating wheel” symbol in the middle. It wouldn’t turn on. I had to connect it to my laptop to turn it on.

This happened a second time — Same sequence. Then I turned my Bluetooth off rest of the time.

What could have caused it? Was someone trying to hack me?

Hi, i am using the iPhone 15 pro with a ZAGG privacy screen protector.

I’ve never had issues with these protectors in the past on my iPhone 12 Pro but I’m noticing there seems to be a sensitivity issue. It sometimes will not respond to some actions and i have to put more pressure while typing for the keyboard to type what i need it to.

Has anyone else seen any issues like this? Is there a way to up the sensitivity on the iPhone?

I feel like it was a good deal but not sure if I got convinced by the sales guy.

So my current daily driver deployant band is really starting to show its age now but the place I bought it from, Monowear Design shut down as of last year. Are there any decent replacements out there?

Going to get a 45mm Apple Watch series 9 what’s the best really low profile protect case because my parents are making me get one

After my dad passed away from cancer in 2021 at the age of 40, i decided to decrease use of phones/ ipad to soak in life more (since it suddenly seems short). Only for pics, text, call, gps and music. With the occasional use to look things up. Ive been struggling with sticking to it, i’ll have random moments of using youtube or Facebook too much. Im considering using pretty much only an apple watch so the temptations will be gone and keeping my iphone 11 pro in my car as a just in case. Ive never had an apple watch, does it seem like this would fulfill what i need it to do? Im not planning on leaving it on 24/7 only when im out and about. Or should i just upgrade and continue practicing keeping screentime low? My iphone 11 pro is in great shape just starting to get a little laggy so i dont have a need to upgrade yet.

How do I make my daughters phone only be able to facetime? No other apps. No messaging no youtube nothing only facetime?

As the title suggests, I want to know if you use 4G or 5G. The iPhone 15/Pro has been out for a few weeks now. Have you noticed any differences in connectivity compared to previous models? Here in Italy, we have good cellular data offers, and I have 5G on auto. The signal is consistently good almost everywhere, and download speeds range from 400 to 700 Mbps where I live. In larger towns, it’s obviously even better. However, I'm unsure if it's worth the extra cost and battery drain (I have a 15PM). While I prefer using 5G over Wi-Fi, I'm considering switching it off and opting for a 'less' expensive plan (the difference is about 5/10 euros a month).

Hi, found a good deal on 2015 15"mac pro and I'm thinking about picking it up since I want finally try macos as my daily driver. But one thing is important to me, how often does fan kicks in and how loud is it?

Basically, can you browse on the web without fans spinning very loud?

Looking for an Apple Watch game that has progress elements, and actual gameplay, not just a quick 30-second arcade game, I know Apple Watch gaming isn’t big or encouraged, but just wondering if there’s one. So it’s completely ok if there isn’t any.

I’ve seen that there were games like Mafia watch, but the app doesn’t seem to be available in my region or doesn’t exist.

Not that the audio quality of the apple watch speaker matter that much, it's pretty much just for Siri and notification sounds, but when I got my girlfriend the Ultra 2 (I have the Ultra 1) I noticed that the audio whenever Siri talks is way more rich, nuanced and less tin sounding in the newer Model. There haven't been any official Apple information about the new speaker but did anyone have both models and made a similar discovery? Or maybe my Unit is just faulty, I had to already replace it once at the Apple store. Compared my Speaker sounds really terrible.

I dropped my twelve mini and the back shattered and the whole phone is slightly bent. The phone still powers on, hold a charge, has all my info, but the Bluetooth, wifi, and cellular connection have all stopped working. What can I try to do to fix this without going to apple.
