What am I missing. All the other apps looking great except DP.

I'm interested in setting my phone in such a way that I can only access certain social media apps from 10am to 3pm every day. How might I do that?

I’m not sure what changed, but I used to get notifications on my phone when my Apple Watch was fully charged, and I stopped getting them.

Those notifications seem related to the Sleep functionality and “Charging Reminders” toggle (in the Watch app on the phone), which relates to the Sleep focus and Health app on the phone. However, I feel like I’ve gone over every setting and nothing I’ve tried has gotten those notifications back.

Does anyone know the secret combination to make those “watch is fully charged” notifications work again?

Am I the only one? I’m home for the day, I want to lift the phone and get in without looking into the friggin thing, or typing. I would like to do this without a multistep encounter with settings both ways.

I understand why this not possible. It’s unreasonable, and if you don’t know why you must be a lot younger than me, but some day…

It would be so easy to be a nice monopoly.

Okay so, debating whether or not to upgrade to 15 pro max from my current 13 pro max.

The only reason I would upgrade is to possibly get a better camera, since I will be shooting a lot more of picture and video content in the near future. Otherwise no problems - the 13 pro max has worked well for me.

Buuuut - I’m confused since I read some threads and people say the 13 pro max camera is (according to some) even better and they now regret buying 15. They said the new cam seems a bit blurry… Someone with experience of both phones, any thoughts?

Is it worth upgrading or better wait until the release of 16?

I just got an iPhone for the first time in like 6 years what’s your favorite/ go to apps

Since tvOS beta 2, my Apple TV audio output is broken, it keeps changing output to my Sony TV speaker and Sony HT-A9 speaker, every fuxking 30s. Each time the audio output changes, Sony tv goes black. Impossible to watch anything. I tried everything, turns off volume control & control tv & receivers. Not working. Somehow I had found a way to stop the audio switching but I lost the function to use the Apple TV remote to turn on/off Sony TV & HY-A9 soundbar. I now have to use three remote respectively to turn on & off the 3 devices.

Today tvOS 17.2 beta 4 is out, and I have updated it. The problem still exists. 😭

Anyone have similar issues? Can you confirm it’s the beta firmware problem not problem of settings on my TV/soundbar ?

The SE probably has longer left when it comes to updates etc, but the XR battery would be better. What do you guys think?

Hi everyone. Looking for advice on how good of a switch this really is. I ordered a MacBook Air 15” M2 over the weekend as an “upgrade” to my MacBook Pro 2020 M1. I have read so many conflicting reports on if this is a good move or not. I was looking forward to a bigger screen and the color change. For reference, I work in mental health and will mainly use for EMR system and case management.

Interested to know what everyone does when they have a formal date or wedding etc. do you wear your Apple Watch as is? Switch a band out? Go watch less? Switch to a nicer watch (Swiss, seiko) etc.

I’m looking for a way where my iPhone can be lock without being unable to use it except until after I use an app for x amount of time.

My main reason is I want to force myself to study my foreign language vocab words for about 10 mins a day without forgetting. I don’t want the option of brushing this aside either which is why I want to lock my phone until this is accomplished.

Any way I can do this?

I feel like I am being stalked by someone from my contacts list. I have not approved any location sharing with them. I have simply texted them on iMessage before. Is it still possible for them to see my location on a whim?

Does the Find My app allow other iPhone users see where another iPhone user is located currently?

As the title says my MacBook Air is not accepting my password anymore, it started after the screen froze while connecting with an hdmi to tv, then I powered off my Mac and upon restart it’s not accepting my password, can anyone please advise on what I should do to fix this

I’ve been really disappointed by the new Double Tap feature since I got the S9 last month. On top of not having many use-cases, the watch didn’t recognize every time I did the gesture which made it really frustrating to use.

I just realized though that I like to wear my bands on the slightly looser side, which I guess makes it way harder for the watch to recognize when you do the gesture. Tightening up my band has helped tremendously and the watch basically never misses it now.

The lack of many use-cases still is a bummer though. How are you guys using it?

after a week that i bought my iphone 15 i noticed that the top speaker (earpiece speaker) has a crackling or distorted sound when i play music or videos with volume over the 80% level. I went to the store and they tell me that this issue could be fixed by software but also could be hardware issue. Do anyone else with this issue?

I am new to MacBooks, this is my 1st ever MacBook. It is the M3 Pro MacBook Pro Space Black Base Edition.

Ok, so the questions I have is about looking for some Apps. It is hard finding something Great Especially when you are new to something.

I am Studying Japanese. So what Apps would be good for learning another Language. I also have the Languages added to my Keyboard since I have been learning for a bit. I have fully learned Hiragana and Katakana as well as some Kanji. I am learning Kanji right now since I think it will help me reading.

Anyways, I would love to know what Apps are good for something like that.

Another App I am looking for is a Diary Type App. Something where I can go and write and write.

I was thinking about buying the App called IA Writer, but I think $50 is a lot. That said if the App is worth it I would be ok with getting it.

I am willing to buy the Apps if they are worth it and give the Ability ti do what you want without issues. The lower the better though.

P.S. I never imagined how amazing the MacBooks are. I had bought the Lenovo Legion i5 Pro which had a 1600p 240Hz Screen with a I7 13700HX and RTX 4070.

It was Powerful for Gaming, but even when using it sometimes often it would have Judder which made it feel like a Cheap Laptop. Gaming was Amazing, but I have a ROG ALLY for Portable Gaming and a PC I7 13700K RTX 4080 with Windows 11 Pro so I did not need another Windows Laptop. That said what personally to me the Battery was what was Baffling I got around 3 and a Half with turning off Discreet GPU, Brightness Down to 40%, HZ down to 60Hz and a couple more things.

In the listing from Best Buy it said up to 5 hours. I was How LOL. My M3 Pro MacBook Pro, damn is it something Amazing with how Fluid responsive and Battery blows anything away.

Not to mention it speaks really good with my iPhone 14 Pro Max, 12.9 iPad Pro M1, Apple 4KTV and Apple Watch Ultra Gen 1. Not to mention it is very easy to transfer Documents between Windows and Mac OS. I was able to get some Photos and TextBooks/Google Docs so easy.

I don't think I will be able to switch to another Laptop. I just keep getting in Deeper into the Apple Eco-System and Rightfully So. It is something Amazing and people know it.

I have never had voicemail on my iphone. I have never wanted voicemail on my iphone. But it seems after a recent update, it automatically set up my voicemail and people are leaving me voicemails. Ive tried basic google searches but the answers there seem sketchy. And I cant find a simple activate/deactivate button.

How do I turn this off so people cannot leave me voicemails? I have ATT service if that matters.

I have an iPhone 12 mini , but I want to exchange it for a Pro version , and I see no point in getting the 12 pro , so I’m still deciding between the 13 pro and the 14 pro . I’m looking for a phone that has good camera quality because I’m a content creator and and want a phone that will be good for the next 2/ 2 and a half years . Should I get the 14 pro or is the 13 pro enough ?

My son and I text a lot, but I can't see his reactions to my text messages to him starting about a month ago. He tells me he sent them, but I don't see them at all. We tested it in front of each other, my reactions are seen by him, but I can't see his reactions to my texts. And he is the only person in Messages that this is happening to... What the heck is going on?

So I've recently upgraded from my iPhone XS to an iPhone 15 Pro. I want to give my old XS to my mom, so I removed my iCloud from the XS & did a clean factory reset. Now the reset is done, phone starts and goes into this 'hello/welcome' initial page but in order to start the setup, I need to write a 6 digit passcode.
