So I just purchased the new series 9 and it’s my first Apple Watch.. So whenever I’m on messages or settings and I want to go back to the Home Screen where all my apps are I hit my Digital Crown and it locks my watch to where I have to hit it a second time to get to my Home Screen.. is there anyway I can just go back without having to hit the crown twice?

I've updated to 17.1 and now a livestream could be at the lowest quality and still have hickups. Every other video I click can play the highest quality, even twitch gaming streams.

This an issue for anyone else?

I would like to know if there is a way to activate it again without losing all the data in it. I already turned off lost mode, but the phone won't activate, it seems it needs to be restarted as new. I would be able to use it, but what I want right now is to find a way to recover the data in it. Thanks!

I've always been on the search for the perfect case for myself/family members.

here are the criteria that I look for:

1. Can withstand at least a 6 ft drop and has some kind of certification/test results to prove it

2. Must have mag safe compatibility - no compromises here

3. all buttons must be covered - I won't consider one without an action button cover

4. doesn't "wear out" easily - a couple examples here would be spigen cases chipping their paint easily after a few months and clear cases yellowing. Also some speck cases staining.

5. Color/design selection - I'd like a huge selection of designs and really don't wanna just be stuck with 3-4 choices ideally. Only black/blue/grey = no for me.

with that said, I currently have the following cases ranked somewhat high for me - if I'm missing anything please chime in!

1. Speck cases - as I"ve said above, some of the brighter colors stain easily - however in general it seems that it covers most of my other criteria really well.

2. Rhinoshield - the solid suit I think may cover most of the criteria here but not sure about staining of the case.

3. caseology nano-pop - I found this one on amazon a year ago and have been pretty impressed mostly.

Looking at some options on Amazon but it appears 6.5" is the largest phone size the ones I'm seeing can accommodate.

Does anyone know why they leave this blank space on top? Why not center align it? Is it a bug? 🧐

Hi all! So I currently have an iphone 11 that I've had since 2019. It works fine except that I have to bring my charger out with me every time. I've been looking into the iPhone 15 vs 15 Pro and realized the only feature I want on the pro is the action button. I don't game on the phone and I don't have any need for photos/videos or exporting things besides what happens in my daily white-collar worker job and taking pics of my cat. So my question is: is it a good idea to buy the iphone 15 now (I also like the colors way more), and hope iphone 16 next year will have the action button and trade in my 15 for it?

Hey, after I updated firmware, I’m no longer able to confirm the notification via double tap, whenever the notification appears on screen. The watch shows the little window with the information that says something along the lines of “double tap to confirm”, but it doesn’t work. All gestures from assistive touch work flawlessly, I just lost this particular function. Please help.

How many apps do you guys have? I currently have 60 on my phone, but I always get so jealous when I see people with those minimalistic setups and very few apps on their phone. It looks so clean! However, every time I want to go through my phone and clean out apps I don’t use, I feel like I use them all pretty frequently lol

iPhone 13 Pro Max updated to latest iOS with no physical damage. Yesterday I went to plug it in to the official apple charger and when I went to pick it up the screen was flashing these yellow lines. If I try and reset the phone I feel the haptics but nothing else and my MacBook doesn’t recognize it. Any ideas?

So today I learned that on top of the "Find Devices" app which I have, there should also be two separate ones: "Find Items" and "Find People".

They are nowhere to be found on my watch and I do not recall ever seeing them.

How do I fix it, is a hard reset necessary and how can I avoid losing any data?

I’ve been tracking my running using the watch Runna App which shows up in my health and fitness but is not coming up on strava.

I also am not getting any badges for the achievements - I ran a 10K yesterday but no badge for it.

I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading, turning off and on, toggling the permissions and nothing seems to work.

Any fixes?

I've had my phone since May 12, 2023. It's a iphone 14 pro. Ever since then, my battery maximum capacity has drained 4% to now it's 96%. Can anyone give me any reasons why it drains so fast? I heard that 100% is suppose to last u 7-10 months but clearly not for me. It has dropped 3% with my notice in 3-4 weeks. It kind of weirding me out and worrying me.

Hey, so I have a 14 pro max and for some reason standby mode has always done this and no matter which settings I change I can’t fix it.

I have always on set to on and have setup the other setting that Apple advises but no bueno. Could it be because I have a password on? Also if I tap on the clock or the calendar area the box that they’re in shows that I can move it or select another widget.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Loving my iPhone 15 Pro. Such a great phone with awesome performance and camera. Battery life has also been good. No heating problems. Oh, and the Dynamic Island is really nice.

Any app or widget suggestions?
