Updated my Ultra to Watch OS 10.1.1 and since doing so my watch either doesn’t receive notifications or they are delayed.

Also noticed Siri doesn’t announce any notifications at all now?

Anyone else noticed the same issues? SMH.

In sleep mode in my new Apple Watch series 9, 45 mm, cellular +wifi, from 10pm to 8am when i keep it in sleep mode, wearing the same, the battery drains from 100% to 65%, is it normal?

I currently have Apple TV 4K 1st gen, now I’m thinking of making the jump to 3rd gen. What do you guys think? Also I just bought a Samsung UHD Crystal TV, I’m wondering if I’ll notice a difference if I switch to 3rd gen

I know this subject comes up multiple times per day in this subreddit but I am at a loss.

I am planning to upgrade my 2014 base 13” Macbook Pro. I have a strict budget and I want the Air so my options are very limited:

1. Macbook Air M1 - 8 Core model - 8GB RAM 512GB Storage $1150

2. Macbook Air M1 - 7 Core Model - 16GB RAM 512GB Storage - $1600

3. Macbook Air M2 - Base Model - 16GB RAM 256GB Storage - $1650

What would u choose? I would like the 16GB RAM but #1 looks like a very good offer (at least in my country where the base 7core M1 sells for $1075)

Also is the M2 model worth it even with 256GB slower storage if I get the 16GB RAM model? Is pretty close in price to #2 option.

Edit: Forgot to add that this will be my main laptop that I like to have for the next 5-7 years. I will use it for web browsing, media playback, office work and light tasks. No video or photo editing and stuff like that.

Had to turn off ‘Always On’. This is the feature that made the series 5 seem like an upgrade to me. But with battery capacity at 81%. I can’t rely on watchOS 10.1.1.1 to get me through the day.

So I’m going to be buying iPhone 13 but the problem is I have 2 Option which I like that is red and pink but I’m confused between two so which color do you think is better for a long run and also the red one is 256 gb and pink is 128 gb but pink is attracting me still I’m confused. Recently switched from iPhone 14 Pro Max to Natural Titanium 15 Pro Max, and i honestly feel it's a downgrade.

It came with a dent on the frame corner that i decided to overlook. Something not expected from 1500$ phone but i though it's okay and it's not worth to return for this reason

However, the 15 Pro Max disappoints me with miserable battery life compared to the 14 Pro Max, Even though I've seen many youtube reviews saying it's the opposite. I find the 15 pro max battery goes down rapidly.

Got informed that it's normal because the phone is new and performing machine learning and indexing, but should it be affected that much?

I've also noticed a significant increase in heat coming from the 15 pro max compared to the 14.

I am going to buy my first MacBook soon (switching from windows) and I wonder, how does a macbook battery behave when plugged in to the charger most of the time?

I know that macbooks have a long battery runtime and they work well (and fast) when not plugged in, but when I am home I tend to leave my laptops plugged into power.

My recent Lenovo Laptop has a battery "stationary" mode that keeps the battery at a certain level to reduce the battery's stress to a minimum.

I hope macbooks have a similar System when plugged in? Can anybody confirm or tell me how a macbook battery works when plugged in?

How to get WhatsApp Content Aware notifications or alternatively, on schedule for select contact?

I prefer to view WhatsApp chats that are not urgent on non busy time of day. Content Awareness Notifications is ideal. If not, what about scheduled notifications for certain contacts? as of now, I have to keep open and Close WhatsApp for 90% of WhatsApp chats which are auxiliary information

For me it would be the fingerprint sensor. After years of having to use the passcode, being able to have my phone in my pocket and unlock it without looking and using it with one hand was godsend!

I have a 2TB iCloud with plenty of space and I am getting a new iPhone tomorrow. I want to mirror my account and everything else to my new iPhone except photos and videos, but I want all my old phon’s photos and videos to stay on iCloud. After this, I want my new phone to start saving to iCloud. Is this possible, and if so how would I do it? I have been watching YouTube videos and googling for hours trying to figure this out and I am extremely confused right now. Thank you in advance for any and all help here!!

Recently I’ve noticed a orange phone icon briefly flash in the top left corner of the phone occasionally. It looks similar to the green phone icon that indicates an active phone call, but it is orange and only displays for less than a second. Does anyone know about this orange icon?

I recently got my phone repaired as it was having screen issues, under the 1 year limited warranty(ending in 2 weeks). Today I noticed, it asking me if I want applecare+? It says I have 9 days left to get it?

How and why was I offered this? Should I take it?

Overall it’s a nicer phone but main reasons for me are camera related. Still and video as well as the processing abilities for both.

Is it true that with the esr screen protector on, there’s touch sensitive issues. Planning to buy one for the regular iPhone 15, have to reconsider if so. Also any good reccos are welcome.

Dropped it from waist height in parking lot. Surprising how less durable this year’s iPhone is. My Xs and 13 Pro fell so many times with much more heights but only scuffs and dents. It seems to be the slight curve at the edge of the glass is causing the glass to be weak.

I own Fawlty Towers, I bought it from iTunes years ago. I was trying to watch it on my Apple TV when I noticed my Apple TV and other devices are weird about it.

I can watch individual episodes, but I can’t add it to up next. If I ask Siri on my Apple TV it pulls up a page saying “content unavailable”, which I’ve never run across before.

It seems it’s no longer in the iTunes Store, which I’m guessing is somehow the problem.

Is this a known issue that has been around for a while? Or maybe something new? I’ve never run across it before.

MBA M2 or MBP M3

Just got the new Iphone 15 and was able to stay on Watch OS9 using "transfer from Iphone to Iphone" It does not update the watch. I do believe if you restore from Icloud or factory reset you have to update the watch because it has to be re-paired. Just thought I'd let anyone no who is hesitant to upgrade, that it is possible to stay on Watch OS9.

What color is everyone liking on the new iPhone 15 pro? Trying to decide between black or Natural titanium.
