I’m trying to have Siri call my wife’s work number and she has mobile and work listed in contacts, but Siri only calls mobile even when I say “Siri, call wife work” it’ll go “ok, calling wife mobile”

How do I fix this?

Hi all. Finally going to get my first Apple Watch - most likely the Ultra 2. I’m having a really hard time deciding on which band to get! I’ve been flip flopping between the alpine loop and ocean. And then most reviews I read seem to like the trail loop best!

For those of you who have been living with the Ultra the past year… what’s your thoughts?!? Thanks in advance!

My ADHD brain constantly forgets everything. Often I need to memorise something/adding to-do item and it needs to be BARE MINIMUM EFFORT otherwise I will just skip it.

Os there a way Apple Watch can help? Can I create shortcut on watchface or use buttons for note-taking?

I know I can long-press Digital Crown and ask Siri to make a note/add to-do, but I’d like to fast forward the Siri part and just dictate my note after pressing ONE button. Is it possible?

Hello! My cellphone port does not work properly as it can only charge with some cables and doesn’t recognize my lightning earphones… The cables also fit loose when I plug them.

Going to college in the spring to get my bachelor’s in computer science. Obviously need a laptop. So this is obviously my best choice. I was thinking about a 14” M2 max pro. But it’s pretty pricey and I don’t know if it’s worth it. It also apparently throttles. Any suggestions? I like gaming too so it’s be nice if I could do that well.

So I want a mac to get into iOS development, also my current computer can barely handle a couple chrome tabs so using it is out of the question for programming. No button to remove or hide these duplicate apps. Is there another way to hide apps like this? My OCD is aching terribly

So I just a 15 pro max today. Dont like how big it is, but I want the camera, so… anyways. My old phone’s flashlight has always been weirdly bright, so I decided to compare them. Whichever one shines over the other wins… the 13 won with no contest. I’ve noticed that no matter the phone, it is always bright, whether they be newest gen, different brand, or same gen iPhones of comparable age. Even on max brightness, the 15 had no chance. I’ve had issues with the light randomly turning off, getting stuck on, etc before. Could something be messed up internally with it to cause it to get overpowered? I’m not complaining, it’s a great advantage, but I’m so confused as to how it’s that bright. Just as a side to it too, the 12 at time of testing is at 16% battery, whereas the 15 is at 100% and brand new, so it’s not a battery issue.

idk what happened last night but I just dropped my phone yesterday when It was raining but i have Iphone 11. tdy morning it said it had no sim card and my phone kept turning off every 5 mins. please help Idk what to do

The simpler/easier the method is the better, I don't need any fancy features, I just want to be able to view the video files I have stored on a specific folder whether it's on my macbook or pc.

I have been using a MacBook Pro 13 2020 i5 for more than 3 years. During this time, the laptop's battery became worse (approximately 1257 cycles) and he is slow in some programs (like Chrome and Excel).

Is it worth upgrading to MacBook Air 13 M1? Judging by Geekbench, the speed increase is x2.

About the price: In my country the MacBook Air 13 M1 sells for $800.
I can sell my current laptop for $500

There is an App i use that only works on IOS 16.3.1 and not on any IOS 17 device.

Is it possible for me to downgrade to IOS 16.3.1 from 17.1 or 17.2 beta?

So I recently lost my iPhone 13 on the very last night of my vacation in the south. I had just bought the phone in early October. I know you have 60 days from the purchase of the phone to activate AppleCare. My question is, is it too late for me to sign up for AppleCare Theft & Loss protection? I went to a local library and set my iPhone to Lost mode from the iCloud website the day after I lost it. Any advice/help would be thoroughly appreciated

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way I could set the phone to take 30 second exposures, one after another, for a set amount of time? I just don’t want to have to babysit the phone with a shutter button if at all possible.

I've been wanting to transition from Android to iOS. There's a couple sellers here in my country 🇵🇭 selling brand new iphone 11. It's much more affordable, and something I can buy in cash. Camera is good but the battery bothers me a bit. My research indicates that the iPhone 13 is still up to date and would keep up with current iPhones released these days. Do you have any recommendations?

I have a 2020 M1 Macbook Pro, I have the Thunderbolt G4 Dock, but it doesn't show on all my monitors. I tried the displaylink workaround, but it doesn't work.

I’ve got my AppleTV plugged into my receiver and passed through to my TV.

Multiple other devices are working properly, but the audio with the Apple TV is out of sync.

I’m not using Atmos or anything fancy. Match range and framerate is on.

I’m on tvOS 17.1

Any thoughts?
