iPhone 15 Pro. When I use the selfiecam, the picture comes out way darker/less flattering than the “preview”. Photo on the left is a screenshot in the camera app, photo on the right is an actual photo, taken a second apart. Why?

I had a close relative recently pass away and we have not been able to access their phone. I have all the account information (iCloud email and password). When I try to login online it makes me want to enter a verification code from the phone but I can’t enter it because we can’t open the phone. I have also tried using I forgot.apple.com and did not have any luck. Does anyone have any other suggestions, anything would be greatly appreciated?

Yesterday a water bottle spilled onto my floor and i didn’t think anything of it.

A couple hours ago i plugged in my iphone and just jot it gave me the notification that water has been detected and to not charge my phone…

I didn’t realize the charger was right where the wet spot was.

why did it take so long for this notification to pop up? is my phone okay? as soon as i seen that i took it off the charger

Hello All, so I’ve got a first gen AppleTV 4K that I’ve been using for a little while, I noticed that on my iPhone 14+ Home Screen that I have volume controls for my audio receiver and they work, but only when my TV is on as well. Apple TV plugs into receiver with HDMI, then HDMI out of receiver to the TV. Sometimes when I am listening to airplay music only I turn the TV off, trying to save electricity.

When I do that the volume controls via CEC stop working. Anyone have any idea how I can have the volume controls still work when the TV is powered off? I’m pretty new to the Apple TV system, but not a new iPhone user. Been using them since 2009.

I restored my 15PM from the 13PM backup and have no passwords. Keychain sync was enabled on both devices. How would I fix this?

So I just got a new TV and I'm trying to "break it in" (its an OLED so playing content every day to get rid of vertical banding). The Apple TV is perfect for this since you can set it to show its aerial screensaver for a bit until it goes to sleep, which is followed by the tv turning off.

Previously the settings on my Apple TV was something like never, 5 minutes, 30, 5 hours, and 10 hours. It was set to 10 by default, but I set it to 5 minutes just to confirm that everything worked correctly, which it did. But when I went to change it back to 10 hours, now that option is gone and its in one hour increments with 4 hours being the longest it'll go. What gives?

I want to restore my iPhone and make it more secure? what is the most correct way? Is it dangerous if I restore and put the notes back from iCloud? or should I make a new cloud id? Hi, I’m setting up a focus for when I’m off work and I want the focus to be active from 7 pm to 7 am on weekdays and all day on weekends. I figured out the weekdays, but was wondering about the configuration of the weekends. Should I pick Saturday and Sunday and have the focus active from 00:00 until 00:00, or would that mean the focus would be switching on and off?

I’ve got an iPhone 8 that I wiped (and removed iCloud from) when I upgraded to my 13.

I’ve gone to check the 8 and when I power it on, I have a “this phone is locked to email and they can see the location of this iPhone”.

The email it’s locked to is mine although it’s no longer showing on my iCloud account? I go through set up and get to wifi network which I select and then I get an error about it not being able to activate as it has to update.

I connect to iTunes and iTunes won’t pick up on it either. Says it can’t activate due to it not being able to reach activation server.

Any advice please? Thanks a lot

I’ve noticed this happening almost every night. My watch tracks that I am awake for 0 minutes at various times — usually after REM — even though I’m not. (The only time I was actually awake here was around 5am).

Is this just me rolling over? How does the watch track that I’m awake — movement, I suppose?

I'm searching for good cameras for videos above all and a good battery, my budget is 800/900€ and I wnat at least a series 13 because i want my iPhone to last at least 3 years without updates problems.
