guys ive seen an article in october stating apple trackpads will get apple pencil support. it also said from which macos itll work etc. then i went to a 3rd party store to ask but the guy told me he has no idea. then i tried to find the article again with no luck. was it a dream or was it possibly taken down as a hoax for example? im convinced it was a real article on a serious webiste.

The case feels great in the hand. By it’s extremely fragile.

I have a MacBook Pro for over 3 years now. I bought it for mainly study and work purposes… but it really hurts when I see that MacBook doesn’t have a lot of good games… Anyways, can someone here suggest some games you have enjoyed on Mac and are free… or even paid Let Me Know

I've consulted with Apple and they informed me that I might've been scammed. Basically the seller who sold me the iPhone has reported it lost/stolen to get a new iPhone, hence my phone has been blacklisted. There's no way I can get in touch with the seller as they've disappeared. I have my phone for less than a year. Please advice!

i am a incoming a freshman in college and im planning to buy a macbook i have 600-700 dollars budget what macbook should i buy?

So this apparently happened while my watch was ironically on my wrist. I’m not totally sure how, but alas, here we are.

My question is basically is resetting the only option or if I just let it be for awhile will it chill out?

Just wondering what everyone’s cycle counts are on the 15 series after them being out for a while.

I have had my iPhone SE Gen 1 since 2020. I had no issues with the screen until yesterday when I picked it up and there was a faint yellow spot. I didn't drop it or anything. Then hours later, another spot popped up! I'm really scared that I'll have to get a new phone. If I tap on the spots the phone still responds. I looked it up and it said you'll have to get it replaced but honestly I can't afford to get another phone right now. Is this something to worry about or will I be okay? Like I said before, if I tap on the areas they respond fine, it's just colored.

10 hours of screen on time is beautiful. Pretty sure i could get it to 11. I'm at like 28% right now.

I previously posted about my iPhone having a yellow tint compared to my existing (non-OLED) Apple devices. So, I went to the nearest Apple store and compared the screen to their iPhone 15 Pro display model. Guess what, their display model has a much yellower tint! I think I'll just keep this one. Other neurotypical people also think that my yellow tint is okay. I'm just bothered because I can detect that the color for white is slightly off. It doesn't feel "correct". If I go outside though, the colors look accurate because the ambient light somehow matches the screen. I only have this issue with indoor light.

Haven’t seen too many of these and this picture would have helped me tremendously in my purchase decision - was exactly what I was look for.

It seems there’s a bug on the Apple TV side of things with my setup.

Setup: Apple TV 4K (3 gen) w/ HDMI 2.1 cable connected to HDMI 1 port Sonos arc + sub + era 300 x2 connected to eARC port with HDMI 2.1 cable Samsung frame tv with eARC, input plus, pass through, and atmos enabled.

All apps and hardware are updated.

ATV set to change format “off” and atmos “on” When viewing atmos content in TV+, hbo max, and Netflix apps it works flawlessly. Any DD 5.1 is put through as stereo PCM (e.g. interstellar from TV+) All plex is stereo pcm (including AAC DD 5.1 or 7.1 atmos tracks that are not trueHD encoded, also tried going back to the old audio and video engines) All prime is stereo pcm (no atmos titles showing as compatible, tried nope and a couple others)

ATV set to change format “on” and Dolby digital 5.1, atmos “off” All content in TV+, max, Netflix, prime, and plex can now do DD 5.1, but all atmos is off.

I’m not sure if this is a bug (plex and prime apps) or because of the setting not being able to pick between the two and prioritize one. If atmos is unavailable you’d think it would default to DD 5.1 instead of all the way down to stereo PCM, especially with interstellar through the Tv+ app.

I know there is a long standing issue with ATV and trueHD 7.1 compatibility, but having to switch back and forth is getting annoying.

Anyone else having this issue or have a workaround?

Recently got the iPhone 15 pro max natural titanium and I don’t want to do a backup from my old phone to my new own because I don’t want to mess with the settings, want the new apps that come with the new iPhone and such. Just want the fresh iPhone and what it comes with and move my data over and not have the settings from my old phone. All stuff is in the iCloud.

I was able to move over the reminders, notes, contacts and such. But I am not able to move my iMessages from my iPhone SE 2nd gen to my 15 pro max. Is there a way to do this without moving a backup from old phone to a new one? I don’t want a replica of my whole phone to my new one I want a fresh start just need my iMessages moved over.

I’m going camping and I’m worried people will try to text me then freak out when they don’t hear back. Is there a way to set an automatic text response?

I need to get some old voice memos but don't want to restore my phone. I don't see voice memos anywhere on iCloud.com but I know I backed them up. Do I have to restore my phone to access them?

I've been an iPhone user for quite a while now but this is the first time I'm going to back up my files on PC. My question is, if I back up my data on iTunes WITHOUT signing in using my existing ID (from my old phone), can I restore the data on my new phone? I'll be using my existing Apple ID on the new phone.

Don’t update if you like swiping between watch faces!!

My biggest regret is updating my watch.

They took away one of the best features and that was swiping between watch faces. On a day to day basis I would use 2-3 depending where I am, what time it is and what I am doing. I had set them up for different things. My main was in the middle and then one to the left and one to the right.

Now in the last few days of having the update I’ve stop using the others watch faces because when I need to quickly do something it’s not quick anymore, I actually have to stop and manually change faces and I never realized how handy it was before because if I need something on those other faces except the main one I just no longer use it.

Yes I realise that it’s first world problems but removing that one feature has given me such a massive distain towards using my Apple Watch for anything besides fitness.

I have the 5 and I was planning on getting the 10 next year because maybe more features I could put across the three faces that I use but now, unless they bring the feature back I’m not buying a new Apple Watch until mine disintegrates.

And yes I realise I may be over reacting but swiping between faces was such an important feature for me!
