Hi I have just received my blue titanium 15 Pro and it is amaaaazing! So much faster and smoother than my 11 Pro. I just wanted to ask those who have a 15 pro and anything else since the 12 - is there any tips and new things I might find useful that I didn’t have on the 11 Pro? Thanks!

getting a 15P soon and am wondering how much the action button can do? can it only do and undo one action? (eg open and close an app) or can u click it differently (like 3 times) to do something else?

I currently own a 12 and have had it for the past 3 years. It’s worked fine and I don’t have any real complaints but I’ve been interesting in upgrading to a newer phone.

I have no clue which one to upgrade to — they all have different features that some people care more about than others which makes reading reviews online difficult. Personally, better camera quality is the most important to me, but I also would like a screen larger than the one I currently have.

I don’t mind spending more money on a model that will last, but I don’t want to just throw away money on the newest one if there’s no real disadvantages to an “older” model. Which is best for my money??

I’ve been thinking of upgrading my iPhone XR to the iPhone 15 Plus. I’ve been seeing some saying that there are some issues such as durability, overheating, and bad battery life. Others have been saying it’s perfectly fine and there’s no such issues.

How to get rid of this? I have read all the messages from all folders, tried un-reading and then re-reading all, still no success.

Despite all complaints about how bad the iPhone keyboard is, I always find it decent enough for my usage. I've been used to it that I encounter almost no problem at all to type on iPhone ever since I got one.

But since around IOS 17, the keyboard starts lagging if I type slightly too fast. Knowing how much functionality the iPhone keyboard lacks, i always type fast to compensate for it and that's why I never really have a problem with it, because that's what my muscle memories have grown used to. Until recently.

Now my keyboard just lags ALL THE TIME. I literally can't type anything more than 3 sentences without having to wait for the letters to catch up with what's being put in.

It drives me crazy tbh, and seems like not many people really care about this problem. It seems like a negligible issue for some, but to me that's just so frustrating, considering I use the keyboard a lot (well, most people do I suppose). I've learned to adapt with what's already bad and now it just get even worse.

Now I'm using SwiftKey, which I never thought I have to, but yeah. I'll wait until they finally fix the keyboard lag, and not to mention other issues that've been there for a while (typing sound suddenly gets so loud, notifications lagging).

I tried to google it, but couldn't really find an answer.

My screen on my 8 is a bit cracked and my bf has a new sreen for a 6, but we can't figure out, if it is possible to use that on my phone.

These lines suddenly appeared on my iPhone screen and they did not disappear even after updating to iOS 17.1.1 or even after restore by iTunes

I have a graphite stainless steel S7 and I'm trying to find a leather band that has matching lugs. So far I've only found bandwerk.com as an option

1. are there other retailers that sell these?
2. I tried finding graphite ss lugs to swap them out myself but could only find black and silver, anyone know where I could find them?
3. I guess as a last option I could mismatch with either black or silver lugs. Any thoughts on this, is black or silver a better choice?

This just happened to my 14 Pro case, slightly over a year old. Out of nowhere, the sides just became loose (this happened on both sides). I take good care of my phone and in the past year, I didn’t remove the case often because this is my only one. A quick google search showed that the same thing happened to others as well. I paid the casetify premium only because I expected it to last as long as this phone would (ie. at least 3 years).

Should I buy now or wait? Also, I am not from the US, I will be traveling there in january tho, is there a way to buy the Macbook on black friday, and schedule the pick-up for january only!?

I feel it is the way to go, to an extent. The EU forcing Apple to adopt everything that android has would make everything too saturated. iPhone clones would rise to an all time high, and there wouldn't be many things to differentiate between iOS and android. Though I am quite interested in what others have to say.

So my first and only iPhone was the iPhone 2G. Yeah, the first one ever released. The phone died right when one model was getting phased out but the latest model was sold out everywhere, so I ended up "trying" an Android phone, and well ended up staying there till now. With my current Android phone about to die, I figured now is a good time to check out how much has changed with the iPhones/iOS in.. 10+ years (I did buy an iPod Touch 4G which ended up being my last iOS device).

I noticed that my Apple ID still exist, and I have a couple of questions about it:

How much information is saved on the account associated with the Apple ID? For instance, is it likely that the address book on my iPhone 2G would have been synched to Apple's server? I am pretty sure the cloud storage wasn't a thing back then, and I -think- the Apple ID was used mainly to access the Apple store. I am pretty sure backup were done entirely via iTune.

The reason I am asking this is because I am a bit worried that if I was to sign into my old Apple ID on my new phone, it might end up pushing really old / out of date data/contacts into my phone. Alternatively, I also do not want my current phone to upload / overwrite whatever is stored on the server under my old Apple ID until I am able to check what is there.

I am pretty sure I do not have any paid app under my AppleID so I probably won't lose anything if I was to start from scratch and make a new Apple ID, so I am keeping that as an option too. If I was to setup my new phone with a new Apple ID, would I be able to log-out / log-in to another older Apple ID without resetting the phone if I want to? [On Android it is possible to log out on one account and sign into another]

I have never used Macbook. I was using a MSI gaming laptop for 4 years. I love my laptop but it is not portable, its heavy, low battery and plastic. I want to switch to a macbook. I will use it for only work. I am a freelancer software developer. The reason I want macbook is I heard that macbooks have no performance loss unplugged and have long battery life. Budget is important. Max ~1500 $.Which one is suitable for me?

For all the great products that Apple has came up with, there will be 1 or 2 that are just overly priced or much better alternatives are available out there.
