i want to be able to open hidden album with my passcode not with my face id i tried setting pictures then disable face id but it didn’t work the album is just open without anycode ? do you know how to do it ?

What’s the lowest you’ve seen the price drop to and where?

Got it today and I am wondering if it is too big.

I tried to transfer a 15 Gb video first from my iPhone 15 PM to PC using iTunes and 3uTools.

It transferred to my PC at roughly 100 MBps or (800 Mbps)

Then the same file I tried to copy back to VLC folder on iPhone using above 2 programs and it was same 100 MBps speed.

I am using a USB4 cable which does around 2000 MBps (16 Gbps) when using Yottamaster Nvme enclosure which is USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 (20 Gbps)

I tried switching from my PC's USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps) port but still it was 100 MBps to and from iPhone. Then I also used my PC's thunderbolt port and got same result.

I am on latest 17.1.1 iOS version of my phone.

What am I missing? Why are the transfer speeds so low? Internal storage benchmarks at 1500 MBps in antutu benchmark and iPhone 15 PM has port speed of 10 Gbps.

I haven't seen a single youtube influencer test real world performance.

So what gives? Why is the transfer speed restricted to almost 10th of it's rated speed?

I came up with a weird bug.

At first I noticed it when scrolling through reddit videos. The audio is turned off randomly during watching and also randomly after a few seconds when switching to the next video. I thought it was caused by my case, because the bezel is so slim and the mute button is touching the corner of the display.

When playing games I noticed the same behavior. It happens randomly after roughly 15-45 seconds while playing. To get audio back, I need to restart the app.

I’ve nothing setup for this in shortcuts nor in any focus im using. Without the case I’ve the same issue. Currently running iOS 17.1 and doing an update later today.

Does anyone else have this issue?

I’ve noticed that there’s a vignette when using the 0.5 option on my iPhone 15 pro max camera. Don’t know if this is normal or is that part of the camera system broken

I still use the full functions of an Apple watch: receive notifications, make phone calls, siri, weather, heart rate, sleep tracking, workout... 😃 (for someone wonders how I used the smart watch with this watch face)

The pink tint has slightly faded away after a few minutes but it's still there.

Hello hive mind.

I listen to podcasts when I’m in the car commuting, as I’m sure a lot of people do. I subscribe to podcasts I like and then play the ‘New Episodes’ list, which generally works ok. Or I create a playlist for ‘Pods this week’ and try to order them on that in a playlist of when I want to hear them.

However, sometimes there is a podcast I just don’t want to listen to - although I like all the streams in general, sometimes there is a topic that is just not interesting to me, or, as was the case this morning, was about all sorts of operations and blood and injuries and things, and being very squeamish, I found it unpleasant to listen to.

However, in all the apps I’ve tried you cannot skip an episode - they all just ping it on a few seconds. This is annoying if it’s an hour long pod and you realise 10 minutes in that it’s not for you, and you’re driving, so you can’t remove it from the list or anything. It’s happened a few times recently, and I’ve ended up just driving in silence, which is dull!

So, are there any apps I can use that will allow me to skip an entire episode? (I realise the lack of it is to do with listening to the adverts, but I’d be happy for ‘Skip’ to play some adverts as long as it skipped afterwards, if that is possible?)

I'm buying an iPhone 15 Pro in the United States, and I travel to the UK quite frequently. I wanted to know if anyone has used the US variant of the 15 pro in the UK with e-sims and specifically on the Three network?

I’m on 10.1.1, phone fully updated, but recently my complications have just stopped working. The large middle one is calendar and the smaller one on bottom right is stocks, both stock iOS apps so I’m not sure why this would be happening.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Hey guys so my phone is stuck at one percent i don't know what's the cause of this i just left my phone charging for 30 minutes in our classroom it was 40 percent when i left it and i did some small kind of digging then it said i have to take it into a phone repairing shop and I'm kinda broke rn so what's the best thing i can do except for go to a phone repairing shop..?

I received a new Apple Watch SE2 for my birthday last week. I have an iPhone 7 which doesn’t support iOS 17 and hence cannot set up the watch so I set it up using my moms iPhone X. Now the watch is registered with her Apple ID. Is there any way I can transfer ownership to my own Apple ID and iPhone?

Edit: I tried to use the setup for a family member option but it is supposedly only for Series 4 and onwards and mine isn’t compatible

I know this question gets asked a lot. But I want to see what percentage of people use Safari compared to Chrome. I have been using Chrome, but it eats all my memory. I want to switch to Safari, but I'm not sure if it's good enough or not.
