I call my gf at night to talk and the sound just keeps breaking up. It doesn’t do this with anyone else during the day so i’m not sure if it’s a wifi thing or just a phone problem. I’ve even tried powering my phone off and back on and still didn’t work.

Is it normal to have these white lines at the edges that seem to be cut of? If so, is there a way to disable it? Or is there something wrong with this watch?

I’m sorry if this is a stupid question but this is my first smart watch.

I have mine through verizon. I know Verizon has their warranty where you pay like $15 a month or something and if you break it they send you a new one and you send yours back. I dont have their warranty, and their warranty doesnt cover the back glass. However, could I sign up for the warranty, wait a month or 2, crack the screen on purpose then get a new one? I have a 15 and just dont wanna pay $200ish for a back glass

Most of the time when I swipe it down to turn the volume off, it automatically bumps it back up to that little bit. I don’t know why it does this and I don’t know why this bothers me as much as it does. 😅

so this morning after updating my iphone 12 i woke up not being able to post anything on instagram. i need to allow it access to my microphone and camera. I’ve done this, and have allowed it, for years. I go to try and allow both, but Instagram isn’t popping up as an option to allow, at all, anywhere. i go online to double check i was going to the right place ( settings> privacy > photos >find instagram on the list and press allow ). but NOTHING is popping up, no apps, nothing! i get frustrated and just put my phone down because i have a 12 hour work day. Later, i need to put something important in my calendar, and now it says “this app does not have access to your calendars” and totally locks me out of my calendars. fuck! great! whatever! continue working my fucking 12 hours work day! i get home and call some friends on discord in bed to try and relax a little :) discord does not have access to the microphone :) im on the edge. and i incompetent? is the answer extremely simple and im just stupid? please help me.

I have my Apple TV device, soundbar and HomePod grouped to the Living Room because they’re all in the same room. When I stream music via Airplay to Living Room, it would also turn on my TV. Should I not put my Apple TV device in the same room in the Home app?

Updated to the latest iOS last week and ever since then Bluetooth has been really broken. I take my AirPods out and they say connected but aren’t actually connected. I finish a Fitness+ workout and start a new one and it says it can’t find my Apple Watch, despite being connected to it in the previous workout seconds prior. It usually fixes if I turn Bluetooth off and on again, but it’s happening so often.

As someone who uses AirPods and the Apple Watch every single day, this is very infuriating.

Basically text. I was thinking about the m3 or even m2 apple chip, currently have the 2019 i9 16gb ram and 1tb. Do a lot of time lapse stuff and CAD stuff. Think the upgrade to the newer silicon is worth it or should I wait it out a few years till the prices come down?

I'm getting ATV4k and am thinking of getting the Polk Magnifi Mini Ax. Is airplay pretty reliable in terms of connectivity and having no lag, specifically in regards to streaming movies? Tx.

hey guys so I’m having an issue in iMessages it recently started happing when I updated to iOS 17.1.1. Every time I get sent a photo the photo will disappear later on in the day in the photo section in someone’s chat where you can see all photos and then when I plug my phone in my iMessages will say indexing. Then the photo shows in the info tab but it’s annoying because why is my phone always indexing lol I’m still able to see old pictures and search for old old messages but I don’t understand why it’s indexing for. I didn’t restore anything or back up from an iCloud or get a new phone.

Recently moved from Samsung to iPhone 15 pro max like bruh they both laggy idk what to do, is it software or something else, anyone else facing this issue??

Anybody running this setup? What's your experience? What's the audio quality like? Is it better than native apps audio or does the ATV work well with this soundbar?

I purchased this second-hand phone and hadn't noticed anything unusual until I attempted to use it. I realized that when I connected it to 3uTools, the device was jailbroken.

I tried updating it using the same tool, but it kept giving me an error -9 Request SHSH. The same occurred with iTunes; I can't recall the exact code, but it was related to authorizing the flashing process on the server.

These were the applications present on the phone when I acquired it.

Is it possible to upgrade to iOS 17.1? Has anyone else encountered the same issue?

As the title says my contact in my phone is set as my boyfriends. When I go to contact list and press on “my card” it just shows my boyfriends information. His phone number and contact photo I have set for him. If I change the phone number and contact photo it’ll change his information for me and I won’t be able to call or text him. Any time an app asks for my name or phone number it’ll automatically suggest his information.

Now with this recent update, it gave me the option to set my name and contact photo associated with my phone number. After I set my information it just changed my boyfriend’s contact information. So I changed his info back and now people will see my name as his and a contact picture as him.

I’ve dealt with this for as long as I can remember and I have no idea how to fix it. Anyone know how?

It should’ve been anyone of those things and had I not reached my breaking point it surely would’ve been. However, my “what the fuck” moment came when I saw people not only wiling to minimize or excuse the J6 attacks, but to go so far as to laugh at them — like it’s all a big joke that a nuclear armed super power came within an inch of falling to insurrectionist fascists. I hate large phones. I also hate not having enough battery to get through the day. I had a XR in the past and it just felt huge to me.

Anyone have advice for me that balances these two? I love the size of the mini but damn I have to charge it so often.

I have not gotten my hands on the SE3 yet. Anyone have this and can advise me regarding battery life?

I purchased a refurbished 13 Pro (not from Apple, they don't sell refurb 13's yet). It's in really fantastic condition (screen, exterior, camera, etc), however the Face ID does not work. The phone detects an issue with the depth camera, and doesn't allow me to enter the setup.

This is not a big deal to me, especially since the phone is in such good condition. I don't really mind using a pin to unlock the phone, though I would prefer Touch ID. I could send it back, but I'm not sure the next one I would get would be in as good of condition as this one.

Is there more to consider? Is Face ID a particularly useful feature (I've only ever had finger-print)? Is the depth camera used for any other critical functions or limit other functionalities of the phone? Thanks for the info!
