Hi guys, since a couple of days I get these events randomly appearing in my calendar, for sure they are some sort of scam but I cannot stop them from appearing. From the color is telling me they come from my outlook calendar, but I have no email whatsoever in my outlook account with these events. Also I cannot accept or decline any of these meetings (orange ones if it wasn’t obvious)

I am not even sure if there is an option to turn off updates and my iphone 11 pro max updated to the new ios 17.1.1 and some guy told me that its not meant for it to update to greater versions.

So a lot of posts on this sub have already discussed the 16P screen going from 6.1 to 6.3 inches, with an increased aspect ratio - which means the phone is getting taller but not much wider.

That being the case, I'm curious if the Dynamic island would intrude a little less into widescreen videos and improve the media viewing experience (because the island might shift more upwards).

What do folks think?

Hi, do you have any recommended watch bands or cases for 45mm to make the Apple Watch more rugged looking? I used to have garmin fenix, which looked very good to me but not smart enough.

I have an iPhone 13. Is there any way to enable vibrations ONLY on Do Not Disturb mode? Most of the time I don’t want vibrations at all, but sometimes I need it when I have Do Not Disturb mode and only let one app send notifications. Basically what I need is to be able to have it on silent mode with no vibrations at all, then when I switch to Do Not Disturb mode to have the vibrations enabled with that so I’m able to feel/hear the notifications from that one app

First Apple Watch since the series 5

I know this is a stupid question. Basically, everyone owning an Apple Watch wants to see the time. My use case is mostly to show information and notification. I wish there was a way to hide the time being shown and use that space for something else.

So my question: Is there a way to hide the time from the watch face?

Suggest some minimal yet cool watch faces.

I recently stained my sport loop and idk how to clean it. Any suggestions?

I have an iphone15 pro and the wireless charging isn't working.

I'm running latest os (17.1.1), rebooted phone twice. Phone was ordered from official Apple website. I recently ordered an Apple Watch which came with a wireless charger. That's the wireless charger I'm using. The charger works fine with the watch.

Should it just be charging or do I have to enable a setting? I also didn't make great changes in Settings or anything that I could think of that messed with wireless charging.

Don't have to mention it at length now but disappointed with Apple support. Basically no option to send them a query.

I just changed my SIM card which could be a reason as to why this is happening but it’s not happening to me with anyone else. My girlfriends messages are coming through to me and mine are sending very slowly to her but both of ours are in green (we both have iPhones and are connected to wifi/data) This just started happening this evening and I don’t know why?! I’ve restarted my phone a few times and so had she and she tried deleting the conversation once and texting me again but nothings working. Please help!!

It’s clearly capable of showing me the image that has come through on a message. Sometimes the image comes through blurry. Why?

Had a 38.8 reading running 3.29 km, for 22 mins at 6:49 / km pace . Avg heartbeat is 167

4 days later , Dropped to 36.8 reading running 3.57km, for 25 mins at 6:33 / km pace. Avg heartbeat is 168

I feel I had improved in the 2nd run , yet vo2 max dropped to below average for my age at above 40 years old .

Anyone knows how this is calculated ?

I’m probably not the first to find this, but with my iPhone 14 Pro Max, I accidentally placed the top back of my phone onto my AWU2 while it was on my wrist and my phone did this weird animation starting from the bottom of my phone to the top. Try it out! Looks pretty cool

Hey, I just got a Series 9 after upgrading from a Series 3. I hoped that after 6 years Apple provided an option to finally turn off that godforsaken auto-brightness, but it seems they somehow made it worse. At least in dark surroundings. In sunlight it’s obviously bright and brighter than the 3, but this is ridiculous. Is this a bug supposed to be fixed in a future software update? Please tell me it is…

I got a free Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen Cellular through a T-Mobile promo and have been pleasantly surprised at how much I love this watch! It’s the 40mm which would not have been my 1st choice but I didn’t get to choose the size. I’m coming from a Fitbit so I was nervous about battery life but I’ve been starting my day at 5am and tracking a 30 min workout in the evening and am still going to bed at 11pm with 50% left which is more than enough to track my sleep since I do have sleep apnea. I do disable Siri listening at all times and just activate it with the crown, I also limit all notifications but the most important I would want on my wrist like messages, calls and calendar. Other than that I use it like normal and it’s been great. My only dislikes are not being able to add my step count to the watch face which I know is dumb but I do like to see it, having to manually start sleep tracking unless I set up a schedule which isn’t my fav because my bed time is pretty random sometimes, on my Fitbit Charge 5 and Galaxy Watch 4 before that you didn’t have to do anything you just go to sleep. That’s it really, I’ve been very happy so far!

Like the title says I just got the iPhone 14 pro after using the iPhone XR for around 5 years.. I wasn’t expecting a revolutionary new device or a phone that’s as powerful as a desktop but I was expecting to see significant differences in performance or battery life which I’m not seeing a lot of, I compared the specs of the two phone and I’m sad to say I feel kinda cheated, the two phone feel the same in all the bad ways Did anyone else had this happen to them ?

Can't decide if this is right size or too big.

Citizen Wallboard digital EM34 seems a better fit but I like the look of that one.

Srsly .. stop it. If you have to ask, if a watch is too big or too small, it is.

No one cares if you like the chunky look, the elegant smaller one, a heavy band or a tiny wristcharmer. It is a forking watch and you are the one, deciding if you like it.

Which app do you think is the best app where I can put my camera to its full potential?

Asking this since my friend has been able to take some mean shots with an S22, bone stock (without software like Lightroom) and while I do want to take photos like that, Apple doesn’t support native settings like Pro mode (which Samsung has)

If the apps are free, I’d gladly appreciate it (I’m a college student and I don’t want to go broke paying a subscription fee just for a camera app 😭)
