Can anyone tell me if the iTunes Extras work for Gladiator when watching on a PC? I know there's a current problem of bonus features not playing on some movies if you watch on a non-Apple device and I don't want to waste my money if I can't watch them. Thanks.

My MacBook Air of 7 years won’t open anymore. When I open it, it shows a file with a question mark (?) and only after I reboot it and restart it a couple of times it will finally open after a very long wait. I can’t reset it to fabric settings as I’ve seen it’s recommended to do, because the hard disk isn’t showing up when I want to erase the things on it, neither I can install a new OS. Any idea if I can fix this problem and how? Mention that I can’t afford to take my Mac to the service right now, so any tip would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

Hey guys, been using the 80% limit on my 15 PM and it’s been really great as the battery lasts so long anyway. But I was wondering if it harms the battery any more to leave it plugged in at 80, or is it better to charge to 80 then unplug again? I use a slower charger - about 7w as I wfh and have a fast charger for emergencies but don’t like to fast charge unless needed.

As an aside here is my battery usage since 3:35am last night. From 80% I’m still at 26! And that’s also downloading the entirety of genshin impact’s game files, accidentally via VPN, so presumably would be longer again without those.

Main question again:

Is it better for the battery to leave it plugged in at 80, or is it better to charge to 80 then unplug again?

Please help. My Apple Watch is vibrating when I get a notification but it’s not popping up on my watch. I can’t figure out why, it’s not in theatre mode, I’ve restarted it, my notifications are on. I’m so confused. It just started doing this randomly.

Hi everyone. Currently have an iPhone 11 and am upgrading to an iPhone 15 Plus for Christmas. Want to take advantage of MagSafe with my new phone, so I am searching for a third safe MagSafe Charger. Any recommendations besides Apple's? Hopefully want a MagSafe charger that is longer than the standard Apple one (3ft, 1m), with the same charging speed 15W. Please add links in the comments.

Help so I just switched from being a life long Samsung user to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. But the thing is I’m not in my home country, and I’m on holiday at the moment. I have an Apple ID for something on my laptop but I couldn’t sign in because I couldn’t get any verification codes.

I'm looking and picking my options of buying a macbook during black friday. Looking at the prices I was thinking of getting a M2 15in 16gb 512gb Storage but right now it's the same cost of a new M3 Pro with 8gb and 512gb. Would it be worth it to just get the M3 for the same cost if it stays that high?

Or stick with a 13.6 or 15in M2 if I can find one with a decent cost.

In case it's needed uses are Adobe Products, Microsoft 365, Normal Browsing and other college stuff. (Business degree if it matters)

You can buy things from Apple between now and I think December 25 or so, and you have until January 8 to return them. Apple does this every year for its holiday return period.

That means you could buy a few Apple Watches and try them out in the wild for many weeks, over a month easily, and then get your money back on the other items if you return them before January 8. Obviously you need to have the watches in great shape, but this is mostly for people looking at different sizes and shapes.

I had a 45mm and 41mm and ended up going with the 41mm because I preferred it for everyday use. I probably wouldn't have known that if I didn't get an extended period with both watches.

Has anyone came across a situation, where you open the iphone search tab and then out of nowhere, iphone shows you old photos that are long ago deleted, like non existant anymore. Is it possible? could it somehow be something about icloud backup?

I recently bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max and I keep having issues with the camera app, general touch sensitivity and performance.

When opening the camera app from the lockscreen (never when opening from the homescreen), it just bugs out and the viewfinder is black and shows nothing.

I also installed a Spigen GlastR privacy screen protector a few days after buying the phone and my sensitivity seems to be.. hit or miss. This was also without the screenprotector should I add.

Performance has also been hit or miss. Sometimes the phone works amazing and sometimes (like right now) when typing, the phone feels like it.. lags behind a bit? It’s super annoying and makes me feel like I downgraded from the S23 Ultra to this.

Anybody else having these issues? These are all quite annoying and makes me want to return it and go back to an S23 Ultra…

Hello! Just upgraded from the 12 pro to the 15 pro. What are some tips for the 15? What new things should I know?

Received my iPhone 15 pro max on September 26th. Note, I have Verizon. I have had constant issues with this phone. SOS multiple times per week. None of my apps will work when I am not home on WiFi - says no internet connection even when I have 4g LTE or 5g. Phone still over heats and prompts “phone will stop charging until it returns to normal temperature”. I’ve already been through 2 new esims. On phone calls, my screen will freeze and I have to hang up and restart the phone. At this point, do I just call Apple and use the warranty??

Camera issues

Recently, I have tried using the camera in selfie mode (front camera) and when I take the photo, I get a black screen. No buttons I press gets the screen back. The photo does take. I have to switch the phone off and on to restore it.

Hey all, wondering if anyone has any troubleshooting idea for my roaming now working outside of Ireland(where sim was bought).extra info: Was with eir then changed to a different provider which had different settings with their roaming. I then changed back to eir and started having these issues. Have used a different SIM card in a different country which worked fine. Been to eir directly with them saying that everything is fine on their end. Also had a change of sim with eir and nothing changed.

No joke, just turn on some benchmark or game with the volume set at 0 and then press the iphone’s back upon your ear. When your ear is right above the cpu, you will hear mesmerizing electricity sounds. Thank me later.

I was considering a new smartwatch for my iPhone, and the Apple Watch caught my eye during my research. Wondering if it's worth the money (SE is still $249). Apple Watch enthusiasts, what do you love and dislike about your Apple Watch?

I’m still going to stay with the new way but it’s amazing they listened and changed it so fast.

Whenever I used to send links through apps, whether it be reddit, twitter, youtube, etc., I was always able to manually add recipients in the top bar by just typing in their name/group chat name. Now every app wants me to tap the “+” button in the top right corner and scroll through my contacts list, select each recipient individually, and then I’m able to send it. This is not ideal for sending links and attachments to large group chats. Can someone please help me fix this? Thank you.

Every time I drop my phone on a wireless charger I get this bugged up home screen, does it occur to you guys as well?
