A question for ex fitbiters, what do you miss about Fitbit and do you regret moving on to Apple watch and leaving Fitbit behind?

My OnePlus 7t phone that that I bought 4 years ago is perfectly capable of doing that but I couldn't do it with my iphone. Is there a way to achieve that?

I thought about upgrading to Ultra 2 but finding it hard to justify. I still get a day use out of the battery.

The reason I wanna do this is for when guys look up their iPhone size itll make them think it’s smaller iykyk

I remembered that my phone was charged before I went to sleep, but when I woke up, it was at 0%. Can someone tell me what the problem is—is it a battery thing or something?

PS: English is not my first language.

I don't care about size or cost...i just need protection from dirt/falls specifically but I would like waterproofing as well (if possible). I work construction and often at heights.

Also looking for screen protectors if the case isn't waterproof.

I've used Otterbox in the past and I'm drawn to them for the name but 2 or 3 phones ago I barely hit mine on the corner of a computer screen and it shattered. Is there anything better out there??

I am going mental. I have an Apple tv 4k… the remote has always turned on our tv and soundbar. Nothing has changed regarding connections or settings. Tv has hdmi cec enabled and sound bar is connected to hdmi arc. The tv is an LG and the soundbar is Samsung. The tv may have done an automatic update recently but I don’t recall for certain.

I have unplugged everything.. checked all settings. But the apple tv remote only turns on the apple tv now. Is this an issue with a recent tv os update? It’s the only thing that I can think of. It started doing this a few weeks ago.

Is there anyone in this community that has experienced this? Is there a fix?? Thanks

Hey guys. So I have a question I hope someone here has an answer to. So a few months back, Apple ran this promo that people on the Apple Music Student subscription get complimentary Apple TV access. It’d been going pretty well, I was using both services for like 5 bucks a month. But I just got a new phone today, and the Apple TV app says I can try it out for 3 months (the standard new-device promo) and then the regular price thereafter.

Is my subscription just gone? Is it gonna be reinstated if I accept the 3 month trial? I like Apple TV, but not enough to pay full price for it lol.

I have a marathon tomorrow and I want to listen to an mp3 file that a DJ friend of mine made and sent to me as I run it.

Apple Music

So far, I have tried to import it into Apple Music on a computer, create a playlist and sync that playlist to my phone, which I was then hoping to sync to my Apple Watch.

Unfortunately I get errors about something called Cloud Music Library, and that I need to enable it, but when I enable it, the file I imported immediately gets deleted. I cannot click and drag this file or the playlist it sits in to my iPhone to get it to sync with the setting on or off.

Spotify

Spotify has a Local Files mode, which can enable playlists to be created to have audio files like mine sync with the iPhone and play from it.

However when I select the "Download to Apple Watch" option for the playlist with this file in it, it shows as completed on the phone, but the watch fails the download every time until it crashes. I do not believe the Apple Watch actually supports this.

This feels like it should be so so so simple. How do I play an audio file directly on my apple watch?

My X finally gave out on me and I just upgraded to the 15 pro max. Any settings I should look into or change? Also, any settings to take full advantage of the cameras? Looking to get the most out of this phone. Thanks in advance!

I just found my first iPhone in an old drawer. It is the first version of the original iPhone (first batch, iPhone 2G, 8GB, currently running on iOS 3.1).

I charged it and it still works perfectly fine (so much nostalgia since I ordered 6 of them from the states to the Netherlands for my family for Christmas when they released. They were not even supported so we had to jailbreak them etc. Lots of fun (and stress))

I saw they might be worth like a few hundred, but would love to start using it again. Any use cases anyone could think off?

Maybe it has been covered already but my S7 is back to the same battery life as before WatchOS 10. I usualy take it off the charger at night, sleep with it and then use it all day. So around 23-24h of usage and it is around 35-40% battery left when I put it on the charger now! Used mainly for notifications etc so nothing intense.

Is it just me or did a few days with 10.1.1 fix it? Alittle scared to update to 10.2 but I’m looking forward to swiping quickly to snoopy!

I have read receipts off on my iPhone except for one contact (my boyfriend). Sometimes my read receipts randomly turn off for him. I’m 100% sure I didn’t turn them off. I’m wondering if this happens to anyone else and if there’s a solution?

I don’t use it like I probably should, it just sits on my night stand most days.. feels like a waste of money, unfortunately. Anybody have any good recommendations other than eBay or FB Marketplace?

Hello all I have a Red series 6 it has some minor scratches on the face. The question I have is.... Is there anything i can do to get the scratches off of it or am I just done for. Thanks

Weird ass question but its really outdated and I'm getting a new one anyways..

Dropped my phone pretty hard and started showing "No Service". Had to select No Service/SIM on the apple repair site, estimated cost was $892 and the price might be less depending on what was the issue. They fixed it in less than an hour. Starting to think that something was loose and they just put it back in place or something for almost $892 lol.

In iPhone settings, Modem Firmware was blank.

Cellular says "Your iPhone is currently unable to access cellular data or make and receive calls or messages".

From what I've seen from people on reddit is that they replace the whole board, which is probably what they did, but for $892 is crazy imo.

After the reset and after making a new iCloud on this device I never enabled FACE ID but only the screen unlock with numeric pin, but yesterday my iPhone was unlocked twice without entering the pin just by” raising the curtain” And today too!! Now 😭😭

sometimes the phone turns on the screen on its own, I contacted Apple and it did a diagnostic and told me that everything is fine

and this worries me a lot
