I am using series 8 and trying to install the latest firmware WatchOs 10.1.1. But every time I hit install now button, it keeps verifying forever only to fail later. Is anyone else facing the same issue?

Hey guys, so my wife lost her iphone14 pro 2 days ago. But while using Find My to locate it, the location is always stating "No Location found" . Even when we mark it as lost, it is pending.

We are having doubts on whether the phone is being turned on or not, but then again with the latest ios it seems that even if your phone is turn off, Find My can still work right?

Can anyone help ? What should be our next course of action? We wan to erase the iphone due to leakage of personal data, but still remotely that feature is pending as well.

For people that have the 15 pm, and have also either owned the 13 pm OR 14 pm, is it a big upgrade or nah?

Hey everyone! I just picked up the iPhone 15 plus and I’ll be honest the battery life is unreal. Absolutely amazing so far. For a 60hz panel you adjust to how smooth iOS really is for their panels.

I am upgrading my iPhone 11 next week and will either be purchasing the iPhone 14+ or 15+. Which one would be the better option?

I am leaning towards the 14+ because Apple is including a $75 gift card with purchase for their Black Friday event. Is the 15+ worth the extra spend or is the 14+ good enough?

So I found an Apple Watch on the ground outside of a comedy show, I took it home and charged it to see that there’s a passcode. I tried pairing the watch to my phone in hopes that I could see the email of the person it belongs to. However, it only shows me “j******@smn.com” or something along those lines…

1. Am I able to contact the original owner somehow?

2. If I can’t contact the owner, what do I do with it?

I assume it’s paired to their FindMy app, can they see and choose to contact me? I need my good deed for the day, this thing is like $700 🤣

Like the title suggests, my iphone 13 Pro has been randomly saying “no sim” and losing service completely before going back to normal less than 2 minutes later. There’s nothing obviously wrong with the sim card and it only does it sporadically. I’ve checked Apple Support and nothing they suggest has worked. Has anyone else come across this and know how to fix it?

My phone suddenly chooses when it wants to charge, I’ll plug it in and it will charge only sometimes. I cleaned out the charging port gently without damaging it, and I even bought a new cord and block, and all the chargers I’ve used work fine with my friends’ iPhones but not mine. Is anyone having an issue with this or is there a solution to this problem? Please don’t be too mean, I’m going to go to the Apple Store soon when I can afford it. Thanks for any advice 🙏

Is it worth downgrade to Used iPhone 12 Pro Max which I need to replace the battery ? I need the bigger screen. And the iPhone 12 PM is the only cheaper iPhone option as of right now.

How do i stop this from showing up every time I use Apple Maps on my iPhone? This is a third party band on the watch, but I don’t see how that affects the nav on the phone.

I recently bought and returned a 15” MBA 24GB RAM and 1TB SSD. First time getting a Mac from a Dell XPS 15 9510 i9 64gb RAM 2tb SSD.

The problem with the MBA was it froze when I had slack calls, video was lagging and then it all would freeze up every minute for a few seconds during screen sharing the point I couldn’t continue the calls that way I wasn’t able to screen share anymore or have my camera on to avoid freezing.

I’d have safari open, a PowerPoint, slack and miro. Now ngl I loved the Mac OS and I do have an iPad and iPhone. Considering one of the m3 laptops just not sure how much RAM I should get and if it is worth it. I feel it’s a big price difference.

I’d use it for architectural design and business meetings, browsing, reports, presentation, reading online, meetings, etc.

Any tips? Advice? Stuck on this especially that it’s several thousand dollars difference from an air which most people said would be more than enough with 24gb RAM

There’s no apple store where I live and no phone store has the new iPhones on display because it’s too expensive so I have no way to see the new colors with my own eyes before buying.

My favorite color in general is blue and I kinda like the faded blue they did in the iPhone 15 base but I’m afraid it’s too white..

Does anyone have it and can tell how it looks in real life? I don’t really need a picture as I’ve watched many videos (but they’re always with lots of lightening so it’s hard to know for sure) just want to hear from real people of their experience

If it’s more white than blue then I might get the pink one instead, idk. Right now the blue is calling me more than all the others.

Hi! Im on my first year of Law School and badly need a laptop replacement for my 7 (almost 8) years old hp laptop. I checked the latest price listing for macbooks and the M1 base model is fairly cheap especially now that they already released the M3. Do you think that its still a good deal even tho its a 2020 model? Or do u have any more recommendations that is student friendly?

What will I use it for: Making case digests, school presentations, making documents, web browsing and casually watching youtube videos/movies.

Oh and also, I'm not from the US so refurbished models aren't available here.

So I understand in order to be able to install apps from other countries' app stores, you have to create a new Apple ID and select the respective country when creating it. Then you can login using this other Apple ID and apps should be available (VPN might be needed, but that's secondary). But how is the app being maintained / updated if you use your original Apple ID most of the time, and rarely (if ever) use the "foreign" one?

I tried out assistive touch the other day coz it looked convenient since I can just activate apple pay without pressing the side button with my other hand. After realizing that it was kinda unreliable (it either fails to come out, or fails to confirm with assistive touch, it's horrible if you're boarding the bus), I decided to turn it off. But right now even with assistive touch off, I can't use my watch normally. These are the situations I have right now even with assistive touch off (and activating Pay through the side button)

1. Card pops up but "Hold Near Reader" does not appear.
2. "Hold Near Reader" appears but it won't work when you tap to pay.

Anyone came across such problems before and managed to solve it?

I don't know if this is a matter of calibration or if I have a faulty watch. I recently purchased an SE2 and I find my activity rings filling up even when I'm not actually achieving them. Specifically, it's the Move ring and the Stand ring. I could be working all day sitting in my chair and by the end of it I've apparently hit 100-150 calories of movement? Also, I'm not sure what Stand is supposed to track... I suppose I probably have stood up 7-10 times over the duration of the day to grab some water... is that what it's tracking? I've had situations come up where I get the notification to stand up, and about 10 seconds later (without my standing) it would say "Complete!" and fill up the ring...

If it's a calibration issue, how do I recalibrate? Or could this be a lemon and I should bring it back to Apple? Thanks!
