This noise is coming from the left side of my keyboard. I'm not sure what it is. Can someone please help me figure it out and whether it's an issue I can resolve?

I like reading on my iPad, but would love to be able to turn the page without reaching up (lazy, yes, I know). Any way to set this up? 3rd party apps that can do this?

I bought AWU2 and decided to keep AW5 for just sleep tracking. Previously AW5 has worked for sleep track, but I refuse to update to the new firmware for that odd control center decision.

AWU2 will track sleep but AW5 won’t. Is it due to firmware? Any possible other solutions?

Just need to vent and see if anyone else feels my pain here. Why is Apple Mail's search function still so bad? I mean, we've seen tons of updates over the years, but when it comes to finding an old email, it's like searching for a needle in a haystack.
I use Outlook at work and it's a dream. I can find anything I need in seconds, no matter how old. But with Apple Mail? Forget it. Half the time, I end up thinking I've deleted something important because Mail just can't seem to find it. But it's not just me being clumsy with the delete button – Apple Mail’s search is just not up to snuff.
Apple engineers please have nothing on the horizon!

Hi guys, hope you’re all good. I was having some issues with the number associated with iMessage. I ported my old number without a problem, but the number originally supplied on the SIM still showed on Settings>Phone>My Number, and it said on Messages and FaceTime that I only have a certain number of days left with my old/ported number because it is not associated with this phone. I tried changing the number in Settings>Phone>My Number, but it wouldn’t save the ported number.

I tried all of this; “Turn OFF iMessage (Settings > Messages). Turn your phone OFF for at least 10 minutes. Turn your phone ON and tap Settings > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct. If it’s not correct, please enter the correct number. If you can’t enter the correct number, go to: Apple ID > Name Phone Numbers, Email > CONTACTABLE AT in order to correct the number (initially delete old number, then go back in and insert the correct number). Turn iMessage back to ON (Settings > Messages). Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under “Start new conversations from:”. ” But the only thing that worked was a network reset.

Now in Settings>Phone>My Number my old/ported number is finally showing! And in Messages and FaceTime only my old/ported number and my email are showing as the two options, but it still says I have a certain number of days left to use my old/ported number, any ideas?

My son has an Apple Watch SE that has cellular data tied to my plan. Unfortunately, we were informed by my telco that the watch data does not have overseas roaming, so it’s only usable with wifi and bluetooth(?). Is there some inbuilt gps in the watch that will still allow me to track him overseas even if he doesn’t have data/wifi?

I recently purchased a LG C3 OLED and when I attempt to use eARC via passthrough with my Samsung Q800c there is a 1 second lag between what is happening on screen en and tue audio catching up to it. Does anybody have a fix for this?

my old iphone 12 mini has been sitting for awhile and i wanted to get it working again but the screen is black, the screen doesn’t even show the battery icon it does when it’s dead. it’s been on the charger for hours and still is just black. i cleaned all the lint out of the charging port and used a toothpick so i didn’t damage the prongs inside. any ideas?

I’m always fatigued and struggle with migraines. Any suggestions from people that have improved their nightly deep sleep?

my dog smacked my iPhone 13 out of my hand today and it fell 2ft, in a case, no visible damage at all but now it won’t turn on. I’ve tried every combination of button pressing, while plugged in or not. Nothing when plugged into computer. I closed my charger in my mac just last week & killed that too, I CANT AFFORD THIS. Anything else I should be trying?

Any thoughts on what would cause this?

It is problematic because it I turn off the AppleTV and then place the remote down it turns on the Sony TV.

I have already reset the Sony TV to factory defaults.

I have a still perfectly useable early-2015 MacBook Pro that I purchased from Apple 6 years ago. The battery needs to be changed, especially since it has visibly started bulging the keyboard. I went to two Apple Authorized Service Providers. Each time, someone at the counter just checked the laptop model, then saying that it's classified as a "vintage product" and that the battery can't be changed. Yeah, "vintage product." Apple is great with naming things.

Okay, so Apple is hellbent on not allowing other stores to fix or replace parts, but at the same time they leave customers in the dark with perfectly decent laptops.

I've always purchased official Apple batteries, because Chinese knock-offs usually don't last very long, and they can be a fire hazard. I tried finding a way to get an OWC battery, which apparently is a good brand, but there aren't any places selling them where I live. All the non-official Apple repair stores sell knock-off batteries.

Any suggestions of what I should do?

My iPhone 12 isn’t able to connect to the internet no matter what and i don’t know what to do. I tried resetting it and the wifi came back for ten minutes and then it crashed and went back to not being able to connect. I also sometimes cant use the front camera and the flashlight. So i want to know if anyone has any ideas to fix it?

So I wanted an MacBook Pro with Touch Bar, but for now my MBA 2017 does what I want. But I was wondering, can I remap the Control Strip keys? So I can change keys that I don’t use very much to another shortcuts

On my iPhone when I swipe up the app gets smaller, if I hold I can swipe the smaller version around, if I don’t swipe up all the way it opens into my other opened apps, and when I swipe up fast and release I can see the app get smaller for and follow it back to its spot on my Home Screen. (like it has always been)

When my dad closes apps, they just close. The app does get smaller, I can’t move the smaller version around, it doesn’t go to my opened apps if I don’t swipe up all the way, it just closes and the app disappears. (Like if I were to press the old home button)

My father has the iPhone 14, I have the iPhone 14 Pro.

What is happening, why is it different?

So I currently have a 13” 2011 MacBook Pro, bought new and it’s great. However it’s at the end of its life, no longer update, apps won’t work etc etc. so looking for a replacement, and just about anything new would be a major upgrade. I want more screen space so 15 or 16”, if I get the air I’ll take 16GB Ram and 1tb and 16” 18GB and 1tb. Both with base cores. I don’t do any video editing but do like to play the odd game, watch some movies and of course internet stuff. My old one has lasted a long time so trying to think forward and make sure I have something that will be good down the road. Just not sure if the air or the pro would be best. If anyone has relatable info to help like you own a MacBook Air 15” or 16” m3 pro let me know your thoughts. What you would change etc.
