I got a new 15. Put all the data over from my SE 2020 that was connected to my Apple Watch.

I disconnected the watch from the SE. it says it doesn’t have a Watch connected and asks if I want to connect one.

I now try to connect it to my new iPhone 15, but that one keeps on saying it was unable to connect. What step am I missing?

Edit: tried to reconnect it to my old SE, but that one also failed to make a connection now.

I did not pause or stopped running, this is not the first time I do this run so I don’t think it’s a watch GPS problem ? Any idea ? It reduces slightly my distance, as if I teleported lol

Better replacement through Apple cost around 6500, even my phone resale value is same now, is their any platform brand through I can buy bettery and replace my self or with third party, as well it is safe?

Can someone please describe the process, in detail, of how you can get a brand new iPhone SE for like $100 from Walmart’s talk plan, but then wait two months so it’s unlocked for your own carrier?

Do you have to sign up with personal info? Or do you just buy the phone and someone at Walmart activates it with a random number?

Hi all, strange problem I've been dealing with basically since I got my iPhone 12 Pro a few years ago. I have searched for an answer to this but haven't seen any solutions.

When the phone is physically moving around, bluetooth will become 'Unavailable', then start working again, and repeat. The best example of this is when the phone is in my pocket and i am walking with headphones. They constantly will disconnect, then reconnect once bluetooth comes back to life, only to cut out again.

It took my a while to figure out what the issue was. But it's strictly when the phone is moving around. It doesn't matter what bluetooth device it is - have the same problem with Airpods as well as third-party headphones.

Anyone else experience this?

Updated in a home lan last night before bed. This morning non of my apps can access the internet after walking out of the wireless range. Anybody else seeing this? Seems like the update requires giving apps new permissions for privacy but not seeing anything in app security permissions beyond what was already there for cellular access

I bought a 2013 macbook and decided to reset the smc (for no specific reason), and now the design capacity, which was around 72%, is all messed up. Not to mention that in terms of mah, it dropped from 3770mah to 3600mah and now, when I went to see it, it dropped to 3500mah, in 1 day. I went to measure the battery there and now the design capacity measurements are fluctuating a lot, it reached 68% it went up to 77% and now it has dropped again. Can SMC reset mess up battery measurements?

Don't care about channel 5 but would like bbc and itv in there anyone got any ideas why they are not there as I like the fact that up next is then focused to that app once you go into the menu.

Other uk users have the same is what I am asking?

Got a new phone now my watch only shows the numbers of people texting me, not their contact name.

Tried the reset sync data in the watch app on my phone but it doesn't do anything, the button flashes for a split second and that's it, no further prompts, no indication of progress. Days later it has not pulled down my contacts. Tried with the watch on my wrist and on a charger.

Nothing on the apple forums can fix this and I don't want to make an appointment at a store if i don't have to (god i miss walk-in service)

Hello everyone. I just bought a new Iphone 2022. Only reason was that Apple discontinued OS support on the SE 2016. The other reason was that it was getting tougher to get a new battery.
I loved the size. I loved that I could stick in in my pocket. On the 2022 I can barely get it into my pocket. I have an Otto Defender on it so maybe that's making it bulky. Any other options to protect it?

I'm 52 years old so I grew up the first 30 years of my life without a cell phone. I'm really not addicted to them. Too bad this might be the last small phone. Not sure what I'll do in the future if I cannot just put it in my pocket.
Anyways, just like to hear your generally thoughts on if you're happy with your SE 2022.

I'm assuming the battery life is going to be better. The phone looks a little faster.

Any general thoughts?

How do I change this icon? It is not me, but it’s my son’s icon (we are in family sharing). My icon is a Memoji. Not sure why his is showing up, and no idea where to go to change it! Clicking on the widget opens up a screen time usage tracker.

Hi, I’m a 30F who never really spends on myself at all and I’ve never had any gadgets besides my phone ever. My Mamaw is asking for a big gift idea and she spends up to $400. I thought now was the time to get an Apple Watch I’ve always wanted! I’d like to go with an older model that is MUCH more affordable (maybe like the $200 range?) but I know Apple starts messing up their older products. So any advice on a model to go with that will be reliable for several more years yet not break the bank, a sweet spot so to say? I don’t need anything super fancy just one that does the job, thanks!

Hi. I am recently got the iPhone 15 plus at its launch. This month i have started facing issues with my wifi connectivity. Like i connect to my wifi and it’s acting as if there is no internet connection. I have tried everything. Turned off vpn, flight mode on/off, hell at this point i am restarting my phone 3-4 times a day just to get a good connection.

Please help me resolve this issue. Would really appreciate it.

I’ve had the Pro max for about a month now and have used the button maybe once. Could be that I need to change it from the flashlight which is what I have currently but it’s honestly been a nuisance more than anything. It’s minor but whenever I’m trying to adjust the audio in my headphones by just hitting the volume button from outside my pocket I just end up clicking the side button instead of volume up. If you guys use it, what do you have it set as?

So i created a couple automations one of which turns bluetooth and 4g off whenever i’m connected to wifi and one that turns bluetooth and 4 on when i’m disconected from wifi.

The problem is that by the time i leave my house and get to my car wifi stays connected even tough i barely have any signal and bluetooth doesn’t turn on and i can’t connect to my car automatically.

How can i fix this?

I just moved to an iPhone about a month ago.

I’ve been having some pain adapting to the iOS keyboard. I regularly type in two different languages and pressing the world symbol to change language works but is a pain. More often than not I start typing to then realise I was in the wrong language and my autocomplete turns the text into gibberish.

In google my keyboard was both languages simultaneously. Is there an iOS similar solution?

Also, do you know how to get rid of this feature that adds a final stop every time you add two spaces ?

Im an ugly guy, coming from samsung, always used the skin smooth face thing there. I look like im tired and depressed when i use iphone 15 promax camera. This is my first iphone so im very new to all this.

What do i need to do to get the skin smooth filter back?

I am interested in buying a FineWoven case for my iPhone 15. I heard too many negatives about that case but all that reviews were just after 2 or 3 weeks after release. I don't want any extreme protection. I'd like a minimal case (which doesn't kill iPhone design) that will save my iPhone from some accidental scratches.

Hi guys! I have a problem with iOS. The freaking back gesture. It's not consistent. You often have to go to the upper part of the screen to go back and it makes you loose time and destroys the one-handed usability of the phone. It's a severe problem especially on the Max models. I also noticed that iOS freezes the input during some animations, resulting in a even slower experience. I find myself being way faster on Android for everyday tasks and it's a shame because iPhone has the most powerful SoC ever. Do you have any solutions? I love many things of iPhone but this problem is major, since it's about everyday usability at all times. How can Apple ignore such a basic thing? Thank you!

Long-time ATV user, and have just upgraded my TV to a new Samsung, so grabbed an ATV 4k.

A lot's changed in 10 years. Samsung is now full of apps - covering pretty much everything I use ATV for - Apple TV+, Plex, BBC, Netflix, C4. BBC Iplayer also supports UHD on Samsung, but not ATV :(

TV also supports Airplay. To be honest, I'm now questioning what I need ATV for. I don't use Siri, and things like fitness+ I can mirror from my iPad.

What killer apps am I missing out on? Can you convince me not to regret my new ATV?
