It's my first time buying MacBook but not sure where to buy from. Like which model and how much storage or what m-chip to buy.

I started to realize a few days ago that my front camera is focusing more on the background than the foreground for some reason. It happens with the camera app, snapchat, basically anything. I made sure the camera was clean several times and still continuing the same issue. It’s pretty irritating, my entire face looks like it was taken on an iPod while the background is crystal clear. Even tried it on my hand and other objects just to make sure it’s not just my face. Any explanation for this and how I could fix it?

I am a substitute teacher, and travel around to different schools. Last week, I worked at a school and connected to an Epson projector via Apple TV (Airplay) and screen mirroring.

Yesterday I got a message from the teacher I subbed for - she said that her projector was showing my screen and it was "moving around." I asked her to send me a photo, and the projector was showing my iPad screen from the previous day. The fact that it was "moving around" sounded like it was showing a screen recording of my activity on my iPad after I had turned the projector off.

She said she restarted the system but it is still showing my screen. Any thoughts would be much appreciated! I can't understand why it screen recorded me in the first place! And why restarting is not helping. Does she need to do a complete reset?

IOS 17.1.1, awesome battery consumption for a whole day 9am-9pm in the city. Taking lots of photos & videos, using google maps a lot for navigation. Definitely a major improvement from my iPhone XS with 78% battery life left lol.

I just upgraded my iPhone and found out on a plane that my music is apparently only syncing via cloud library but is not actually downloaded to my device. Got on the plane and all my music was greyed out, none of it available offline. I don’t actually have Apple Music, I just have music I’ve purchased from the iTunes stores and also downloaded to my MacBook from other sources. I know you can hit the three dots on a playlist and select download but I want to do all my music, including songs that aren’t in my curated playlists. How can I do this?

Apple Watch Series 6. Intermittently the notifications will not show completely and/or the touchscreen stops working. Restarting fixes it. Anyone else have this problem? Wondering if it is a physical issue or a software issue.

Hi all. I’ve just bought iPhone 15 Plus just because of its camera skills and I’ve been satisfied with it so far. However, I noticed that; when I take a picture with it, it takes a little bit time to view the picture and the picture starts to be automatically enhanced. Then I decide to post it as Instagram story and of course Instagram just posts it how it actually is: vivid colors of it just get faded and become darker as if it has a transparent layer all over on it. So, what’s the point if I view the enhanced picture on my own phone’s gallery only? What’s the point in enhancing if it becomes Parker when I post it in any social media?

PS: There’s no any limitation on my cellular data or no any data saving option.

I am having to go in after each connection and manually select Beats Flex in Air Play, which of course is less than ideal. Have tried forgetting device, fully resetting device, not sure what else to do. Anyone figured this out?

Try to hit your CAPS Lock button as if it's a mistake and see what happens. Mine is reading my mind.

Often when people are recording video in public(which later gets shared online), they crack open screen recording from the control center first and then open some kind of camera app... why do they not just jump straight to recording video directly in the camera? Why is it so prevalent?

I don't really watch much social media videos but I've noticed this pattern.

I thought, maybe because you can control the microphone on/off, it's also easier to resume recording in case you touch the wrong thing (happens to me all the time when I'm recording video whilst not paying attention or engaging with my phone's screen).

I got a walking pad/treadmill to go under my standing desk and its been great for doing more exercise and not being sat down all day. But my Ultra doesn't register steps with it when doin an indoor walking work-out, I think maybe as my wrist is pretty still as its typing on the keyboard.

Anyone got any ideas on how to get it to count steps?

So recently I bought a second hand iPhone 11.

It was completely reset when I bought it, everything setup perfectly, I can enable Find my iPhone and use all other features just fine. However, this guy seemed shady, and I'm concerned that he may have left find my iPhone enabled and then reset the phone, allowing him to track me after I set it up with my own information.

This probably is just a stupid worry, but I need some sort of reassurance or something so I know that isn't or could be the case.

Is it possible for this iPhone to have "find-my" enabled on two separate accounts? or is that just not possible, thank you.

Im new to iOS, the “double click of the power button” didn’t really work for me. Or should I enable this feature somewhere from the settings?

Or is there any other way to reject a call?

Just got my new Apple Watch and the battery hasn’t been very good compared to my friends Apple Watch he’s has been using for a month or so. Is this just the optimising period or is there something wrong with my watch?
