I've been looking for a good source for the Masterclass stuff, particularly Gaiman, but I keep coming up empty. I found something on a Chinese streaming site that if yt-dlped, but the quality is really meh. I'd like to avoid torrenting these.

Does anyone have a good recommendation? I tried going through the lists but if there is an applicable subsection, I must've missed it.

With the recent password sharing crackdown, I decided to ditch my Netflix subscription and try piracy. What I miss about Netflix is scrolling through content and finding something to watch. With piracy I need to know exactly what I am looking for.

So I am wondering if it's possible to have a Netflix like GUI but powered by piracy? And as this is the pirate world, it shows shows and movies not just from Netflix but also from the other streaming services? And finally it is available on TVs ( Samsung tizen in my case). Something like this would be the best case scenario. Wondering if someone has a similar setup?

As the title says. do you guys know any pirate sites which have released their logistics, like cost of the servers, video servers etc. how much it costs to run them.

Would installing an OS on an external ssd and booting into that to run pirated software while blocking access to other drives in your system or physically unplugging them be one way?

Are there alternatives to cdecrypt which run on Linux?

I have a collection of music in flac format and now I want to store them on my phone. flac files get too much space and downloading all the playlist in mp3 takes as much time as finding decent and real high quality flacs (there is plenty of songs on internet which only look like 320kbps and are not really high quality). So I decided to convert my flac files into mp3 and I prefer minimum amount of quality loss; what is the best software for it?

I want to stream videos with audio on my pc to my friends. I'm on linux, and video streaming is broken on discord (no audio of the source gets shared). Looping audio through mic (Soundux) results in poor audio quality, while discord-screenaudio just provides stuttery video. Any suggestions what to do?

Why am I getting this error several times while using BitTorrent?

i set up a webui for qbittorrent and everyting is great, however, i would like for it to sign me out when i reload the page. i can achieve this by manually clearing cookies, but i was hoping for a better way. blocking cookies completely doesnt let me log in. i dont want to clear all cookies upon closing ff either.

Arr, my friends. I have an old laptop already running some servoces on docker 24/7 at home and looking to extend it's functionalities to become torrent downloader with media server for TV. Need VPN for obvious reasons.

I was wondering if there are already all-in-one solutions to just run docler compose file and get 2 containers: one running torrent client with all traffic via VPN in another?

I plan to use Mullvad VPN.

Just need a simple torrent box. I've tried using the transmission-openvpn docker container in the past, but it keeps on having issues, either with the systemd service detailed in the manual not working properly, or fuckery with how it saves files, where it makes them owned by root on the host.

Is docker still the best way to go about this? I've used it in the past because I need only the client itself to be on the VPN, but the WebUI needs to be accessible on my actual network. The docker container made this split tunneling setup easy to do.

I'll also be running Jellyfin on the same machine, which also needs to be a local lan server, so running the VPN on the system globally isn't an option, since Jellyfin and the WebUI need to not go through the VPN.

So, any suggestions for what I should do?

I'm gaming on linux, with a mix of official and alternatively-sourced games. I've recently noticed that GOG has an OS: Linux filter and I found some titles that I could like in that list.

I tried the sites listed in the megathread, and I did not find a place where I could get these linux versions.

Has any of you looked for the native linux versions of GOG games [edit: pirated versions] and found a good place for them ?

A few months ago I grabbed this torrent from rarbg, and it took weeks to download. Often going days with no seeders.

I finally got it, and decided I'd seed beyond my usual 2x to help others get this. Then rarbg went under, and now I think I'll just keep this one going.
