Manga

The violence of idol life never fails to amaze me. The somewhat simplistic art style lends well to the surreal humor of this work. It's not necessarily my favorite comedy in Jump Plus right now, but I will continue to keep up with it for sure!

Great chapter as always, for me. Starting a tournament arc is kind of bold at this point - I expected there would be a little more development of the surrounding area, but I suppose the author saw that staying in the same place for too long could get stale; jumping on the opportunity to explore other places is a smart idea.

Thus marks the start of mirroring the one manga community I check regularly onto a Lemmy instance. Adopted their discussion title format. Soon enough may write a Lemmy bot to auto post these, unless someone else gets to it first.

Finally, the fabled Marx isekai!

I didn't realize that there was a manga adaptation of SKK; hopefully the publishers didn't fuck it up. (Big demand to make though, given that we're in capitalism.)

Do you know good Peertube channels that focus on manga/anime? Don't hesitate to propose ones in any language ! I would be interested in ones in English, French or Italian, but that's only me 😀

Basically what the title says.

I think that having discussions of the new chapters of currently publishing manga would help grow the community, or at least make it more active than what it currently is. Discussion of new releases is the best part of the anime/manga community, IMO.

Is this allowed by the rules?

I can try to keep up (maybe within a day of the chapter releasing) with opening posts for the most popular releases. :)

Anyone reading this recent Jump manga? Thoughts so far?

Personally, I believe CloverWorks & Wit Studio did a phenomenal job. Not to mention that the publicity generated towards the series has propelled it in the rankings.
