Last night was the worst night of my life, but I feel that I can finally begin to heal. Can someone recommend a nice 15-30 hour game for someone healing from a 17 year abusive relationship? I just need a distraction for a week or two.

I just saw they added controller support a few days ago, so after years of waiting for that feature, I'm finally gonna jump into it soon! Anyone played the latest version? Whatd you think?

Doubt anyone else on hexbear is playing UOAlive rn but my Paladin needs help and I'm not sure if I can trust other players on this shard. Otherwise I'm going to have to make a lock picking character to help out.

My only real complaint is Lara's model is a bit weird looking from the front. Otherwise the game is masterfully remade in a tasteful way. The trailers made it look cheap like the GTA "remasters" but playing the actual game the aesthetic has been nicely modernised which also really helps the readability of the level. Something I really struggled with on ps1 graphics even rendering at 1080p on an emulator.

The flare button is gone from tr2 :( the shortcut in tr3 i haven't tested yet but this is a big pain cos I would just cheat in 999 flares and spam them.

Appreciate the modern control scheme but it actually makes me appreciate the classic tank controls more.

I have kubuntu on my laptop but have been using windows 10 ltsc on my desktop for the last 6 or 7 years. I've heard that lots of progress on linux gaming has been made since the steam deck was launched a few years ago and am considering switching my gaming pc over, any recommendations?
