Should anyone play this? I started recently and I'm still trying to figure it out. It seems cool but I can't figure out if we're supposed to be the good guys or the bad guys. Also it's gacha trash. But the puzzle TD aspect of it is super satisfying.

Loved the first one, and honestly thought that the super simple combat was a lot of fun. How does the 2nd one stack up?

Love the rambler's cloak looks so cool. A lot of the low level armor is this game is cool looking, like this hooded cloak looks better than some of the artifact gear, imo.

I think its good. Its only real downside is no split screen for me otherwise very fun

I'm hype as hell for Jamie buffs. I didn't like hearing the news about them seemingly embracing "fuck it we palm" and making it safe but a lot of his updates look great. I'm super excited to test out Bakkais new i frames.

Goombella's dialog where she originally calls her a boy has been changed to this:

Gaming corporations are doing their damnedest to get rid of emulation and piracy on top of getting rid of original versions of these games. Sure, we can re-download these things from piracy sites but keep in mind that these sites are constantly being attacked by copyright ghouls. Archive.org or your favourite rom or torrent site might not be around tomorrow. The internet is becoming increasingly corporate and restricted and it's important that these things not be lost to time and the only versions left are bastardised "remasters" locked behind a subscription to be ended anytime or until the next bastardised remaster comes along.

And if you're lucky enough to own a physical copy of a game, learn how to dump that shit onto a computer.
