Rather than having a potion to stop bleeding, I think it makes sense to craft dressings out of one of the new materials. Cotton is the best candidate since it is/was used commonly in real-life dressings, but hemp could work if the farming requirement for cotton is too high for this use case.

Cotton dressings

• Requires ??? Crafting
• Crafted with cotton at a loom
• Decreases bleed damage per hitsplat
• 4 dressings per roll

Hemostatic dressings

• Requires 56 Herblore
• Combine roll of cotton dressings with Elkhorn coral
• Completely nullifies bleed damage

Medicated dressings

• Requires ??? Herblore
• Combine roll of hemostatic dressings with squid paste

The shield phase adds nothing of value to the fight, having it happen repeatedly immediately following the car phase is unnecessary. One time is enough per level.

Or when the shield phase ends, can it at least damage the boss for ~100hp.
