I just received avernic threads after delve 5 and I claimed the loot and confirmed. Then I clicked the bank icon to put the loot in the bank and I teleported to crafting guild, but the boots are nowhere to be found. I have them in the collection log, but I don't have the boots...

Posting to hopefully hit the rng lottery again here and get some traction so a Jmod sees this.

So after a couple emails with jagex to cancel memebership where I provided everything I could and was asked to, out of nowhere Mod Mage decides its somehow clear that Im not the owner.

There is no place in the system to setup a false disabel Jagex account claim or anything of the sorts..

What i think happened is they only check ips.. and I do CIRCUS as a irl job wich means I play around the world from arab countries to southamerica to europe.

I dont know what else to do.. all of this happend because I fused my characters into a jagex account and scince atm being in germany cancelations are different

anyone has some advice? im in total shock cant even sleep form this injustice!

MOD MAGE PLEASE RUN AGAIN YOUR RESEARCH! AND JAGEX GET REAL WITH COSTUMER SUPPORT OR GIVE ME BACK THE HUGHE AMOUNTS OF MONEY IVE PAYED OVER THE YEARS FOR MY ACCOUNTS MEMBERSHIPS AND BONDS

Ive even created reddit account and twitter platforms I dont understand and do not use....
