Hi Jagex team, and fellow players

We’re writing this as players who genuinely enjoy LMS. Whether it's for practice, PvP adrenaline, or grinding out rewards. But right now, the mode is infested. We’re talking several hundreds (if not over a thousand) of obvious bots, online 24/7, all camping the LMS lobby on the same world. They're there every time of day, with the same patterns, same gibberish names, all lvl 40-70. It’s not subtle.

This isn't a fringe complaint — it's affecting everyone. Bots are farming LMS points, clogging up not only matchmaking but several dozens of games at a time, and driving away real players. The mode is one of the few pure PvP experiences left in the game, and it deserves better than this. There are many of us that have this as our focal point of gameplay and its frankly ruined in its current state.

We understand that botting is a cat-and-mouse game, but when the activity is this blatant and concentrated, it feels like it should be actionable. Just logging into those LMS worlds for 30 seconds would make the problem immediately obvious.

We’re not here to rant or throw blame. We just love this game, and we love this mode, and we want it to be playable again.

Please... flush the bots.

Sincerely,

The LMS community

My group iron team were unfortunately victims of the GIM Storage bug on the 15th July, where after a raiding session our ancestral top/bottom were deleted due to group storage. It seemed like me and my teammate both accessed the storage at the same time, and when I clicked save his items overwrote mine as they appeared in the same storage slots. I was also given this error message: https://imgur.com/a/WtslEuu After getting the error msg, the items disappeared from my inventory and were seemingly deleted from storage.

I've tried creating a ticket, submitting a bug report, and asking in the OSRS discord but all I've heard is that there's an automated system that's run every 1-2 weeks to check for this.

It's been 3 weeks now and we have some new wands on the team so it would be real cool to get our ancestral back, please help us jagex

Stopped trying after about 150 deaths. Went and did Inferno, some Delve, and Levi. Decided it was time to come back. Made it to Sol about 15 times.

I always wonder how many decent pvmers there are in this game and how big the community is. I think Mokha is one of the few times we can get a glimpse into the size of this community. Obviously not a perfect metric but still an interesting datapoint

For 20kc (basically the number at which people can get consistent completions, I know it's arbitrary, I don't know how to fetch 5kc and above without scrolling through highscores)

There are ~7k accounts with 20 Mokha KC

There are ~3k Ironmen with 20 Mokha KC

There are 5 Hardcore Ironmen with > 5 Mokha KC (and Muts has 60 KC, which is almost 4x second place, which is 16kc)

There are 46 UIM's with > 5 Mokha KC

Figured it's interesting information to share

I’ll go first:

The COX point system is a mess and should be should be completely reworked.

The Twisted Bow should be the only mega rare (same 1/34 purple drop rate) to be more in line with the other two raids. CMs should have a slightly reduced chance for the prayer scrolls like HMT does for Avernic.

Under no circumstance should it be possible for Ironmen to “buy” purples. That completely defeats the purpose of the game mode. It’s not possible in TOB and TOA so let’s do the same for COX. From my understanding, this would require a complete rework of the point system anyways as you are still able to “buy” purples, even after Jagex tried stopping this.

What is your hot take?
