When your trying to stay clean what triggers your cravings (food noise)?

How do you avoid these triggers, or extinguish them after they activate?

Hi guys. Kaedos here.

Picked up OSRS 3 days ago after deciding to try something new as I want a short break from WoW. I remember being a child playing OSRS on a library computer just cooking chicken and killing cows in the first city and not really much else other than finding a dragon (I am 31yo now). But that was about two decades ago. Didn't even play it that long at all.

Tonight I spent 4 hours tonight leveling tiny bit of combat and cooking and crafting, and a lot of smithing and mining. And it was glorious. But time flew by SO quickly just chatting with my friend in discord while we both played. He even returned to the game. And I want to play OSRS... more? But I have to go to bed now because work. And I think about OSRS a lot now.

My overarching goal for now is to get the Quest Cape, to take it slow, and to fully immerse myself.

Have I made a mistake? D: Help. I feel it's grip taking hold.

At least a dozen US military sites across the Gulf region have been so badly damaged by Iran's retaliation to US and Israeli attacks that their presence now creates significantly more vulnerabilities than it does benefits, a slate of Middle East experts argued on Thursday.

The original revelation about the state of the bases was first reported in The New York Times last month, in which they were described as "all but uninhabitable".

The Trump administration has yet to acknowledge the extent of the damage sustained.

"This is the physical architecture of American primacy, and Iran has essentially rendered it useless in the span of a month," Marc Lynch, director of the Project on Middle East Political Science at George Washington University, said at the Arab Center Washington DC's annual conference.

Edit: it really warms my buns that this idiotic image I created 20+ years ago, so unappreciated by the French at the time, has triggered a whole thread of ridiculous bread puns.

I used to think I could marathon games for hours on my Deck, but my wrists just won't do it anymore. An hour, maybe two max before I need to switch to desktop or put it down entirely.

Wondering if this is just me getting older or if the form factor hits everyone eventually.
